Review: Salesman "[redacted]" guaranteed me to sell me a car, for that reason I traveled from san jose to Sacramento with out planning. He insisted to stay until next day in a hotel , he never sold me the car but tried to offer me a numerous different vehicles, I would finance the vehicle no matter the down payment, really bad experience, for my wife and 7 MONTH old son 7 year old daughter. PLEASE CALL ME FOR MORE DETAILS, I asked for all my personal information back he denied it and claimed he shredded everything, I insisted to talk to his boss, all my information was on his desk I wanted my information back or I would call the cops because I wanted all my personal information back, his boss told me "WE ARE NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY WE DONT CALL COPS WE FIGHT, I HAVE MILLIONS THE CAR THAT YOU WANT TO BUY IS WORTH NOT MUCH TO ME"

I RETRIEVED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WALKED OUT OF HIS OFFICE AND DROVE BACK WITH MY FAMILY TO SAN JOSE CALIFORNIA BECAUSE I DON'T WANT PROBLEMS, I AM A FAMILY MAN I JUST WANTED TO BUY A BETTER CAR FOR MY FAMILY, WE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY FROM SALES MAN TOOWNER, PLEASE CALL ME FOR MORE INFO THANKS.Desired Settlement: I would like to finance the vehicle they claim to be posted for sale or get a refund for a trip that I made unexpectedly all because a salesman guarantees me he would sale me the car.

Review: I purchased on Thursday 2-19-15 2005 Nissan Murrano suv from Sacramento Luxury Motors for $9900. I left a $3500 deposit with them and was told to leave the vehicle in their establishment until I gave them a recent pay-check stub and pg&e bill. ven though I signed an "As Is" purchased agreement form on 2-20-15, I fulfilled my obligation of the contract for sale by giving full deposit of 3500 towards vehicle. Sellers agreed in consideration of payment to transfer vehicle to buyer.Friday 2-20-15, after purchase of vehicle I drove the car off the dealership and immediately the vehicle demonstrated various mechanicle problems.On Saturday, 2-21-15 morning I followed up with my mechanic because the service engine light was on. He discovered 6 codes appeared p1051,p1031,p1148,p1168,p0037,p0057.Sunday I returned car to the dealership with copies of the report from mechanic. The dealership then refused to give my deposit back (see contract cancellation policy option agreement form. when I signed the form they told me I had no choice but to sign portion indicating hat I voluntarily gave up my right to exercise the "Contract Cancellation" clause.They are now in possession of BOTH my deposit and vehicle. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM ENTITLED TO MY DEPOSIT BACK!Desired Settlement: My deposit of $3500.

Review: We were told that the car was in good condition. The day following the purchase as it was boughten at night the car overheated. We were on a freeway and it heated up and we had to call the police for help. We tried to talk an employee and were hung up on.Desired Settlement: Pay for the cost of repairing the issues with the car.

Review: On 2/5/2015 I bought 2009 Toyota Corolla (sliver) from Sacramento Luxury Motors. I put a down payment of $2000 and rest was financed by [redacted]. on 2/23/2015 I was driving home after work at highway 99 north when the car start slowing down and I tried to pull over which I bearly made, and the car just stopped right on the freeway and I was not able to start the car again. However since it was not one month that I bought the care I decided to call Sacramento Luxury to see if I can get any help from them but they told me that they can't do anything for. And I told them that I have only drove the care for 18days they said it doesn't matter. However my insurance send a tow truck to pick the car up and take it to my home. I also called the finance [redacted] they advice me to work something out with the dealer. However the next mechanic came to my place to check the car, and he found out that the engine blow off. And he told that it a lot of money to fix the car. So the next day I went to Sacramento luxury to explain to them the outcome of the car they said they don't care and that they can't he me. [redacted] who is one of the dealer threatened me that they have lawyers that will fight their case and I said I don't money to fight but I wor hard for my money and I was just asking for help from that's all. The next day I call [redacted] which is the financial [redacted] to voluntarily gave up the car since I can't fix it. And they picked the car up. On Saturday 3/7/15 I rece a call from [redacted] asking how they can help me because their boss want to fired [redacted] who is the one that sold the car to me, and I am the second person that had done it to. And told [redacted] that I aready gave up the car, and he said he will [redacted]. Since then I have being them to follow up [redacted] keep on telling me that [redacted] will me, but he never did. Finally today 3/11/15 I spoke [redacted] he was so rude and stated that "I don't know what [redacted] told you but am not willing to work with you." I am kindly looking for help with this.Desired Settlement: All I was asking for if they will help me and work with the finance company to get me another car. Because I have been renting car since 2/23/15 to go to work which is not fear to me.
