Review: Facility has taken the money however did not provide the dispensing of the products as promised.

Seen by the facility previously and started on injections for Erectile Dysfunction issues. Later had medications filled with no issue. However, during the last interaction approximately one month ago, the facility representative/owner cashed the check for re-ordering of injections BUT did not deliver the medications which were promised to arrive within 3 business days. Multiple calls made with initially given later dates of medication arrival. Later the facility/owner stopped returning calls. I have a copy of the cashed check with the name of the representative/owner. One month later neither have the medications been shipped or the money returned and continue to receive a recording with no return of call. Desired Settlement: Business needs to explain why medications not sent, send medications as promised or reimburse the money. The business has been made aware of above with phone messages with no response. The business also needs to be scrutinized for these practices in a careful manner so that consumer does not suffer.

Company apologized for the delay. They state that they had to go through a new supplier as well they are in the middle of moving offices. Due to the temperature sensitivity of the medication, Once they did receive the consumer's medication, due to its temperature sensitivity, they had to wait to deliver because of the recent heat wave. They will be contacting the consumer and putting his medication in the mail first thing Monday morning.
