Review: I booked with this company to move my 3 bedroom, 1 garage on 2/21/15. The movers who arrived were clear to reiterate that the rate was $125/hour (including travel time), and $30 upfront gas fee. I live 1 hour round trip away. I told them I will have a lot of stuff and to bring a big truck. The company brought a medium truck that day, because it's the only one they had. I was afraid they would not be able to move all my stuff, and be charged double traveling time, so I showed them my stuff to make sure it can fit all in the truck, as I only want to make one trip. They just started loading and at the very end, noticed that I had one garage full of stuff left. I either had to come back for the stuff myself, or be charged another 1-2 hours to get my other belongs. I chose to move the stuff myself and informed the company managers the next business day of disatisfaction and to return $200 back ,for my extra 5 more trips with my truck and gas time, and to sprain my left ankle. The company states I already signed an agreement up front to be charge up to $1300, so I can't complain. Its true, I did not complain during the trip. What they don't understand is that I had 3 stranger guy movers to move my stuff (whom I never met), who had all my belongings in their truck, and assume that I had the comfort to let them know that I will not be satisfied with service. There was no continuity of communication within the company at all. The managers also said, "Had the guys taken a second trip, you wouldn't be charged for the time they drove back, we stop the clock and do not charge extra gas fee. The clock would have started again with loading." But the movers did charge me traveling time to my new place? They arrive at 9am and left at 3pm. 6 hrs x 125/hr + 30 gas + 5% credit card fee = $819.
