I am rejecting this response because: your so called "risk analysist" *** ***, lied to me, refused to give me information that I had a right to, and worst of all :guaranteed me to be paid times my medical as long as I did not prosecute the bus driver for assault and battery, holding me against my will, and kidnappingHe also refuses to admit that there is AUDIO TO GO WITH THE VIDEOWhy the hell would I scream "watch the video" since the beginning of all thisWhat, am I some ignorant white trash with college degrees?

Mr. [redacted] claims that he was injured on a Regional Transit ("RT") bus. He presented a Government Tort Claim to RT and it was investigated and evaluated by an RT Risk Analyst. The Risk Analyst and Mr. [redacted] have engaged in negotiations in an attempt to resolve the claim, however, RT and...

Mr. [redacted] have been unable to resolve the matter to date. If a resolution cannot be reached, Mr. [redacted] may pursue his remedies in Superior Court pursuant to the rules set forth in the Government Claims Act.

If I could give no stars I would. I ride the bus for school and I always catch a bus that should bring me to Watt/I-80 about 15 to 20 minutes earlier than I need to, just to make sure I don't miss my next bus. Today bus 1 was over 13 minutes late and I knew that with morning traffic that I would miss my next bus and be forced to stand in the cold for another 30 minutes, just because bus 1 was late. I now can't go to school today to get the help I need because I would be too late to school, all because bus 1 had to be over 13 minutes late.

Review: This bus company has not call me back for a bike locker.Desired Settlement: Fire this employee with No retirement pay a no EDD pay.

Sac RT is the public transit company I really appreciate. I have had seizures since I was 9 months old so, needles to say, this was my only option for getting around. I like how they accept passes from other transit agencies that would use their's, and how the keep me up to date with their mobile app for tracking the buses and trains. The operators are very kind, patient, and considerate, when things in nature take an unfortunate turn, some are willing to let you reside in the vehicle. One time I had a seizure on one of the vehicles, that operator had kicked into gear and got immediate assistance for me. Heck! Even if I could drive I still would prefer to take the bus for their monthly passes are very reasonable when compared to the outrageous prices on all things automotive, gas especially.

Review: I filed a claim with Sacramento Regional Transit via a signed letter outlying what I was asking for, name address and phone number of myself and I also wrote of the time, date, bus number, route, etc..., I outlined everything that happened and how much they were to pay me for the assault and battery by their bus driver. Alan Beltramo called me from claims and said he belived me, completely. I asked him if my letter would suffice as a "claim" form and he said YES. He also said he would like me to also give him permission to retain my medical costs for 6 months so he could pay me for that as well. I reiterated many times as to if there was a separate "claim" form other than my letter I had to sign. He saif "no", that my letter was signed and that was good enough for the claim to be done over the phone. I even agreed to not sue Sac RT after he paid me everything I was seeking for 6 months. Well after 6 months of medical treatment for surgery, emotionial distress, etc, equalling over $40,000, he said everthing looked good and he would have someone get get in touch and give me 3X my medical. Well after 1 month went by and no check or offer in the mail, I called him. Boy, he got nasty real quick. He had the audacity to say the assault was my fault! And I had no claim! As in I didn't make one! Now I have been assaulted, crippled for life, and he criminally lied to me on what would be considered a "verbal" contact. I am the soul caretaker of disabled wife on social security and he knew this from the get go. He knew he was going to default on our agreement and should be held criminally responsible for this "verbal agreement". I will be taking action.Desired Settlement: Either he honors my original "claim" for $30,000 or pay me 3X my medical as discussed because he NEVER disputed the only "written" claim I gave to Sacramento Regional Transit. There's no written dispute to that claim.
