Review: I hired [redacted] Holiday at Sacramento Resume Services to revise my resume and wirte me a cover letter. I selected the next day service and expected to have my documents by 12 pm the next day. Her website said this would cost me an extra $30 which I paid. I paid her a total of $130. I heard from Marissa later that day in the form of an email that said she has received my order. I have not heard from her again. I placed my order on Wednesday. Today is Friday and she has not answered my emails and the live chat option on her website has been closed. In short, I ordered something on Wednesday that I was supposed to receive on Thursday. I paid $130 and I have not received the item I paid for nor have I been able to contact the business owner since I paid the fee.Desired Settlement: I have hired someone else at this point to work on my resume. I would like a refund of my $130 to my credit card immediately.
