Review: I have a rental in [redacted]. I use this as supplemental income since my sons death. I am 86 years old and this money is helping me with my bills. I have been harassed from this company for many years by many difference issues. I have had many renters and they have all left feeling that the HOA was targeting them for their color of their skin. They have also not wanted me to rent this place out and would rather me selling it. One example of many is Getting letter of a fine over one weed growing out of the yard. I have a worker that went out there to do the work and all he pulled was one little strip of grass.My biggest concern now is that they have broken the privacy laws of personal and financial INFORMATION. We have the next door neighbor that just moved in June of this year her name is [redacted]. We both had a water heater issue leaking so there was concern of who is suppose to fix her water damage and instead of the association staying out of OR calling me up to see what the issue was. They HOA gave the neighbor my personal information about my finances and my payment history of the dues. She Started screaming at a worker of mine saying that I do not pay the dues of the property and that the HOA says I am a slum lord and I have made many violations though out the years. That the HOA wants me out. HOA has not the right to say or divulge my financial information. I fell behind of my payment years ago for finical and medical reasons, The HOA made it hard for me to keep a tenant there. I am up to date on my payment now and I have address every issue they have ask of me. They have put me and continue to put me in a difficult financial situation that is making it hard for me to rent this property. I am being force to sell this property at 86 years old when this income helps me every month to pay my medical bills. I have 3 witness that hear the neighbor saying that the HOA told her the information. Thank you for your help [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want HOA stop breaking privacy laws.[redacted] from [redacted] on a conversation that occurred around July 15 2014 with my niece [redacted], he stated that he believed he knew who did this and that he would talk to them immediately. The harm is done!!I want them to be accountable for what they have done.I want them to pay all real estate fees and closing cost of the selling of my Condo since they so desperately want me to sell, it should be their responsibility.They need to be accountable for their actions
