I received a phone call from the customer on Oct 11th around 12pmI returned the phone call around 4pm and she told me that her daughter already knew how to play soccerWhen I asked her a question about the techniques of soccerWhen I asked her this the phone was given to her husband who insulted meHe man seemed to have no knowledge of soccer and asked me to speak with an American person(I am an American person)
On Tuesday Oct 14th at 2pm my secretary called the customer by phone and the man was very impolite and threatened me and the Sacramento Soccer Academy
On Oct 14th at 6:30pm another manager called the customer *** ***He threatened Sacramento Soccer Academy againHe then gave the phone to his wife (*** ***) and she said that she was going to come to the soccer field on Saturday and was going to talk to other parents about how bad the Sacramento Soccer Academy is for kidsShe also stated that she was going to go to StFrancis School and tell them the same thing about Sacramento Soccer Academy.
The customer has caused serious financial, emotional damages, slander, libel, and actual harm to the reputation of Sacramento Soccer Academy
We are a highly professional organization that takes our job seriously
After these issues we have no problem with the child (Xitlali ***)She is a good girl and is welcome to come and play soccer at any timeWe object only to the parents coming to Sacramento Soccer Academy fields at any time
The customer agreed with page of the application
By policy of the Sacramento Soccer Academy, we do not refund money to customers and the customer signed on page and page which clearly explain this policyThe customer also agreed not to hold the Sacramento Soccer Academy or its staff liable

Over the last two or three years some people have tried to make trouble for the Sacramento Soccer Academy; giving the wrong information to customersThe only person responsible for information given to anyone is the staff of Sacramento Soccer Academy; by phone, in person or on our website or on flyers given to customersAny information given to people outside of the Sacramento Soccer Academy is not the responsibility of Sacramento Soccer Academy
The Sacramento Soccer Academy still has a uniform (which was paid for by the customer) for the player to receive at any time
After all of these issues we want to make it clear that Sacramento Soccer Academy is harmed financially and emotionally by the slander and libel of this customer.

I am rejecting this response because: My husband did not ask to speak to an American he asked to speak to someone who speaks proper English, since it was really hard to understand himOn Oct 11th at the practice other parents came up to me to tell me they were not happy with Sacramento Soccer Academy and that's when I decided to contact Sacramento Soccer Academy to get my money back since I was not happy etherI did contact St.Francis I explained the situation and that I was not happy and they did remove the flyers from the premises because truthfully I would not recommend the academy to anyoneI have played soccer since the age of to high school and my husband has played since the age of to current so for the coach to say we have no knowledge of soccer is ridiculousMy daughter has played soccer since the age of she is not a professional and doesn't know all the rules she is years old but she is able to play the basic rules of a game for a year old levelThe serious financial, emotional damages, slander,libel, and actual harm to Sacramento Soccer Academy was done by there coachMy husband and I tried numerous times to solve the issues with Sacramento Soccer Academy but instead we would get the run around and calls saying if I were to show up they would call the police on meIf they were a highly professional organization that takes there job seriously they would had tried to solve the issue without us having to file a complaint with Revdex.comWe are not going to let xitlali practice or attend any thing related to Sacramento Soccer Academy without us being able to be there

Review: I signed my daughter up for soccer thinking it was going to be 8 games and 8 practices since the flier that was left at my daughters school stated 8 week soccer academy. To my surprise it was only 3 games and the rest Practices I paid for a uniform that I never received because when I called to get my refund I was told no refunds and then I received a letter from there lawyer statin I was no longer allowed to attend practice I was to drop off my daughter and wait in my car. I am sorry but my daughter is 4 years old there was no way that I was going to do that. So I decided not to take her to practice she did attend 2 practices so I would like my money back for the uniform and for the rest of the practices and games she never attended.Desired Settlement: I paid 200 total minus the 2 practices I am not sure what the prorated amount is.
