$159.95 and it was processed on May 8th, 015. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs unless we ship the wrong part. In this case it appears that we shipped the part that the customer ordered, however, it did not work for his application.We would like to refund the shipping hi this case, due to the fact that it took so long to issue the original credit. Review: Bought a Rear Roll Pan part for my 1963 F100 that I'm restoring on April 2, 2015. Paid for this item that day, received the part and it was wrong item. Called the company and received proper instructions to return the item. Sent the item back and they received the item the following Friday.My complaint as of today May 11, 2015 I haven't received my refund. I sent a letter called multiple times and all I get is that they are working on it. Last Friday May 8 I asked for their manager and they told me is this about your refund? I said, oh its be worked today. Once I again I was nice and hung up. As of today I still haven't received any refunds.
