Review: I purchased 2 tickets for a trip to New Orleans for $3999 from [redacted] (SacTrips) for Feb.13(2015). I called a week before the trip and requested an itinerary and at that time, he told me he was cancelling the trip due to lack of interest by other people. He also told me he would give back my money within a week. After that,I did not hear from him and he did not answer his phones. I finally heard from him on the 26th of Feb. and told me he would give a partial payment of $1500 and he would follow that with another payment in a week. On March 2, 2015, he came to my home and gave me a check for $1000. He has not given me another payment, nor have I been able to reach him as he does not answer his phones. I do have all the emailed payment receipts that I paid him. He does not give out an addressed office.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the monies I gave [redacted] as I did not get my trip. He cancelled the trip through no fault of mine and I did not receive the service I paid for. There was no regard to my time and planning due to the short notice.

Review: I am under A medical regimen I am ordered from my doctors to not travel for the next 6 months. I told [redacted] he understood an said he would refund me my money I gave him for a trip to spain. He told me 2 an a half months ago that he would send me the money $2599,00. I have talked to him a few times an left numerous messages. I know he owes other people besides myself. I am retired living on a fixed income I need this money I saved for a long time to just accumilate this moneyDesired Settlement: a check for $2599.00 I will never travel with this organization

Review: I had planned to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans this year with the group. I have always enjoyed previous day trips with them. I was told that my credit card would not be run for the amount of the trip if the trip wasn't going to happen. The card was run on January 23. I did not hear from them until I called a few days before the departure date that the trip was cancelled - some mix up or problem with the hotel. I was supposed to hear from the organizer of the trip - never did. I called on a number of occasions and sent emails - I received one email response that he'd call in the morning - never did. I called again on 04/01 - left two messages and sent an email - still no response. I called again today - 04/07/15 - and haven't received a response. I'm paying interest on the credit card.Desired Settlement: I'd like the refund as soon as possible. If I'm not going to receive one, at least let me know and respond to me.

Review: Bus trip to see a play from Sacramento to San Francisco was originally scheduled for August 29, 2015. Payment was made in November to secure a ticket for 3 people. Received an email on June 12, 2015 from [redacted], owner of Sacramento Wine & Nightlife Tours, Sactrips.com that he had to change the date due to not securing tickets in time. The date was changed to September 26, 2015. The three of us could not attend on that date and requested a refund. Total due is $268. After numerous attempts, via personal cell ###-###-####, business cell ###-###-####, email: [redacted] and [redacted], no response at all. Turns out he has scammed alot of people out of money. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Refund requested as soon as possible.

Review: Travel agent has failed to respond to demands to return $3,299 paid for a trip to Spain which had been scheduled for Sept 8-19, 2015 which did not take place. I was not notified it would not take place.Desired Settlement: Ensure that my money is returned.
