I've apologized many times again IM SORRY for the inconvenience your guest put all of us through I stand firm the we did nothing wrong nor malicious .  I offered to pay half of the cost of the food just to make you happy , not because we did anything wrong I never heard back from you , all I seen was your review on [redacted] which is basically the only bad review we have and has had zero effect on our business because we do great work . Again my staff did what was instructed that was it , if that doesn't make sense to you well I respect that but have nothing else to say . I will pay you half the extra cost for the 40 guests which was $400 , I will mail you a check for $200.00 and I would ask for you to remove that complaint from [redacted] . Cordially,[redacted]

taken care of . Yes! We did have plenty of leftovers that is correct - our staff was packaging all left overs to leave when a gentleman that was part of the wedding approached the the staff and asked verbatim . Hey do you have any left overs ? We said yes sir we are actually packaging them to leave them here . Where can we leave them ? He stated that wont be necessary - you guys did a great job and can leave . Staff said ARE YOU SURE SIR ?? He said YES THAT'S FINE- Staff is there to follow orders - and not challenge anybody's authority . Staff called me on the phone and asked me what to do ? I simply said - well if the person is telling you to go . Then come on home . In no way shape or form was this done maliciously staff did what was told and that's it . We encourage our staff to leave ALL left overs unless instructed other wise we have no use for the food . I received a very demanding text after my staff left to have them turn around and come back . I said no mam i'm sorry staff is almost back to our commissary and I tried to explain what happen . Did I maybe come off a bit rude ? YES I was on my 15th hour of work and my staff did what they was told is all .We stand behind our service and if we are in the wrong we will do anything to make it right . As you can see 98% of our reviews are great - meaning we do good business. We even offered [redacted] to reimburse him 50% of the cost Not because we did anything wrong only to make him feel better We do understand when dealing with hundreds of people you cannot please them all but we do our best!!
