Approximately months ago, my mortgage was sold to Plaza Home Mortgage Each month I mailed payments in a timely manner and never missed a payment In May I decided to change insurance carriers On 13th May 2017, I bound a policy with AAA Insurance and a copy was sent to Plaza by AAA My previous policy expired on 27th June and the next day Plaza sent me notice that I had no current policy in effect They requested a copy of the policy which I sent the same day via USPS In early August I received notice from Plaza that AAA informed them that I had no policy with them which is untrue since I previously sent Plaza copies of my policy on numerous occasions Plaza also informed me that at their check for my insurance premium which is escrowed monthly, was returned by AAA for that same reason I contacted AAA who conference called Plaza and it was discovered tha
