Sacred Keystone Tattoo

Review: I was looking forward to receiving a tattoo from the establishment Sacred Keystone Tattoo. Upon making my first appointment, there were issues and was rescheduled to January 29th 2014. My first session In the shop went smoothly and I was able to withstand the tattoo pain from about 3pm-9pm. Upon scheduling for my second session to finish the tattoo, I received more issues from the tattoo artist who had to cancel set appointments and reschedule for later dates. We had agreed on February 13th, 2014 for the second session; however, when the day arrived the tattoo artist claimed to be stuck at a friend's home out of town, but still nearby, thus needing to reschedule. Although frustrated, we agreed to reschedule to the date of February 22nd, 2014 the following week. We had scheduled the appointment for 12pm, the time the shop Is supposed to open. After multiple calls to the tattoo artist himself, along with calls to the shop, the tattoo artist showed up an hour after our scheduled time and although he admitted to his fault, I still found the behavior to be quite unprofessional since he admittedly went out the night prior with the owner of the establishment to a local bar/nightclub. I was only able to withstand the pain from the tattoo for 2 hours and we agreed on a third session to hopefully finish the tattoo I wanted. We agreed for the date of March 7th, 2013. When the day arrived, I received a text message from the tattoo artist saying he was sick and would like to reschedule, yet again. Growing more frustrated, I agreed and we set the new date for March 13th, 2014. An hour and 12 minutes before my scheduled session, the tattoo artist sent me a text message that I should contact the owner of the establishment, who said I need to pay more money to finish my tattoo, even though the artist and I had agreed on a price and I had already paid the amount in cash and in full, expecting a finished product which I have not received.Desired Settlement: As a result of this report, seeing as the product I had paid for with good expectations of being finished, is not, I am hoping for at least a partial refund so I can take my business elsewhere to finish what the other establishment is being unreasonable about doing.

In regards to this complain the customer put my business in jeopardy by her an her friends action.. We have provide the service so far with all that has happen before hand ... We are a service that is paid by the hour which is 100. An hour she has paid only 350. For already 7 hours of work.. Her service was done she just did not get a 700. Dollar tattoo for 350. This is why she is upset...but we have gone above an beyond with what we had to do for this customer considing what we have had to deal with before hand... We have been a 5 star business for a number of years.. An I'm not going to let the action that took place here online ,but if you out there had to deal with what we did I think you out there online would understand . Our job is to hold a standard on good tattooing .. An to hold that service we must pay for our materials to keep your health safe an yours this is not achieved by doing work for cheap.. Good tattoos are not cheap an cheap tattoos are not good... Thank you again for making me learn from this now I will work to hold an even higher standard in my field...
