Review: I went to get my eyebrows waxed, specifically asked for a "cleanup". As the lady stared to wax, I felt as if she was taking to much hair off and it hurt more than usual. When she was done waxing and was going to start plucking them, I asked if I could see them so far. Than I seen that more than half of my eyebrows where gone. It was totally uneven, and not what a cleanup was supposed to be! She still tried to make me pay for it, and seen nothing wrong with what she had done.Desired Settlement: I feel as if this lady should not be working on eyebrows in the back or that she should have this complaint held against her when people go to her to get their eyebrows waxed.
