Sadashiv Auto Tech and Collision

My vehicle was in this shop for a total of 20 days (11/14/19-12/03/19) for light body work and paint. My insurance company approved a rental car for 8 days. I have been going back and forth with this company as to what was taking them so long to have my vehicle ready. I went to this shop several times and was not satisfied with the work being done. As of 11/27/19, my insurance company made the decision to no longer pay for the rental car. At this time Sadashiv Auto will be responsible for the remaining days for the car rental. My vehicle was finally completed on 12/03/19 and I was billed $250.07 for the car rental. When I submitted this invoice to Sadashiv Auto, I was told that they will not be reimbursing me for the time that my vehicle was in their possession.
