Saddle Liquidators Reviews (7)

Revdex.com: I called the Saddle Liquidators/Dass Trading Incon the 23rd of May and they stated that they would be mailing out my cashier's check that Friday, May 27thAs of this past Friday it has been two weeks and I have received nothing from the party in questionI received this message the 8th of June, and am confused on why it was sent out two weeks after I was told it would be sent I hope to receive the certified cashier's check by the end of this week or I will again need to make contact with Saddle LiquidatorsI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

This saddle was sold on [redacted] with no return policy. Buyer tried to contact me through my website. First he said this saddle was purchased through my website which was not correct.I asked him again then he told...

me it was [redacted]. He basically bought the saddle and did not like it.He was trying to return at sellers expense. When he contacted [redacted] they told him there was no return on this item.He knew about that and that's why he contacted me on my website. I told him it's okay I will take the saddle back. It's not a big deal but you will be paying shipping back to me. After finding out he has to pay shipping ,he started to say the saddle is damaged and he needs his money back plus shipping. I told him that's fine go head and ship the saddle and after we inspect we will refund your money with shipping.
The next day he calls me saying this is $90 and I need you to pay.I told him I will not pay anything unless I see the merchandise and if it is really what he is saying. I get lot of calls from buyers they try to return merchandise at sellers expense. This is the same case. So he finally ships the saddle and after receiving we didn't find anything wrong with it..He was telling me stories all this time but the saddle was perfect.In-fact I resold the saddle with no problem and buyers had not complaints. I refunded the buyer his money minus the shipping. The shipping on this saddle was $59 and the buyer had only paid $22.99.
We deducted the whole amount $59 and refunded the money back to him.He had shorted us from the start and all we did is deducted the exact amount and refunded the money back to him. Talking about me calling him stupid or racist remarks then I must say there is emails from this person calling me that.I can forward you if you would like.I don't call names to my customers but this person seems to have too much time in hand. As fas as I understand we are done here.I don't owe him any money and will not be refunding anything.

Review: I purchased a saddle in mid-March from Saddle Liquidators, and contacted them after two weeks had passed resulting in no notification that my saddle had shipped. I requested a refund when I was told that they did not have a saddle in my size and chose color. (They claimed that they had sent a notification to the incorrect email the first time they had attempted to make contact.) Instead, I was notified soon after stating that my saddle had shipped. I assumed they had gotten a shipment or a return in with the item I had ordered and been charged for. Instead, when I opened the box, it was one of an incorrect size and color. I contacted Saddle Liquidators and was cleared for a return authorization. However, the instructions claimed that I would first need to make contact in order to learn the return shipping instructions. I then attempted to make contact with the company on four separate occasions, but was ultimately unable to. Thus, I had to return the shipment (returns are only allowed within fourteen days) to the address listed on the box. I know that my package has arrived as when I shipped it not only did I ensure the package for its value, but I also requested a signature for delivery, and a notification from [redacted] on the date the package was delivered. When I returned the package, I included in the box all of the copies of my contact messages, as well as directions on how I would like to be refunded. Lastly, I included that if I did not receive any contact from them, that I would be contacting the Revdex.com to file a complaint.

I have not yet received anything from Saddle Liquidators stating that they have received my package or are processing my return.

I have also made copies of all my attempts at contact with Saddle Liquidators, and can supply those as needed.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the full cost of the incorrect saddle as well as be reimbursed for the cost of the return shipment. Their website states that if the product received is an incorrect or faulty item, they will pay return postage. However, because they to date have yet to make contact with me, I had to pay the return shipping.

Response:

We did receive an order from the buyer. We had email him if it will be okay to ship a different color and he did not reply. We waited for a week and after no reply,we went and shipped a different color. I have all the emails and time buyer has emailed me. He kept emailing me the same thing and never answered my question. We post tracking number on the website the same day merchandise is shipped. He also emailed us saying he wants to return the saddle back and we responded to that email say is will be fine. I have no problem taking the merchandise back and refund his money. Please ask him to provide the tracking number for this return and who signed for it. I don't see we have any return. If the tracking number states we have return it, then we will refund the money. I could be wrong also. His return could be re-stocked by mistake and we didn't process the return. But I would like to be sure we received it.

Review: I ordered a saddle from Dass Trading Company through [redacted]. I was very displeased with the saddle and felt that it was unsafe to ride. Throughout the grueling task of trying to get Dass Trading Company - [redacted] according to my invoice and receipt from [redacted].com, Dass Trading Company shorted me $36.01From my refund and refuses to pay it. Throughout all of this, the owner of Dass Trading Company has called me several degrading names including [redacted] and problem.Desired Settlement: I just want the full amount returned that I paid for the item.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: there was no indication of a no return policy on [redacted]'s website. I even did a mock purchase to see if there was a no return policy noted prior to purchase, there aren't any. I received the saddle and quickly deemed it unsafe for use and immediately went to [redacted] to attempt the return. It wasn't until then that I discovered there was a no return policy on the [redacted] website (after the sale) and it instructed me to contact the third party seller myself aka Dass Trading Company. I did not contact Dass Trading Company until [redacted] Instructed me to do so. The response from the trading company is full of lies! The $36 in question is not worth one more ounce of my time dealing with this shady business owner. A quick Google search on Dass Trading Company will reveal an abundance of customer complaints about these shady business practices. I don't have too much time on my hands unlike the thoughts of Dass Trading Company, I work very hard for my money and refuse to have it ripped off by thieves such as Dass Trading Company. The bottom line is, the saddle was unsafe! I am very familiar with Australian saddles and made my assumption about the product within 3 minutes of opening the box. I never once told Dass Trading Company how beautiful I thought it was...that's a lie! I mentioned it in an email prior to purchasing it.... but never after. Speaking of emails, I would be happy to provide copies of the emails sent to me by Dass Trading Company demonstrating the degrading comments. People and businesses that are out to screw hard working Americans need to be put in their place! If it is a repetitious action that people try to return items at sellers expense, then maybe there is something wrong with the seller.... as I have experienced myself.

Review: I had bought a saddle from this company. When I went to try it out things were off they didn't have a sign of there business or hours. Once I got home and tried the saddle it didn't work and I had called the number and the lady said she would call me right back but when I got no call back I called the next day and text the number as well. but then I found a different number and they person who answered the ohone was very rude and mean and said because I saw the ad on craiglist he wouldn't give me my money back and hung up on me. I emailed him as well but no reply back.Desired Settlement: I would just like to return the saddle I bought and get my money back.
