Horrible!
This company is ridiculous! Customer service sucks! They never seem to know what to do but reboot my router and yet that never works! Plus technical support is rude and never helpful, and when my internet is working it only lasts 2 days then goes back to s[censored]! What they need to do is give me my money back for all the months of worthless internet I’ve had to deal with! So frustrating! This company should just shut down! PATHETIC!

I’ve had the internet for 2 days and I’ve had terrible customer service and no internet. They aren’t even worth it at all. I just figured that a company would hire some decent people who care about doing their best. Also, with all the terrible reviews they are getting, you’d think they would do something to fix that but they haven’t. Looks like the only thing they are great at is being terrible at their job and providing internet.

Review: Our wireless provider has consistently provided sub par service over the last 7 years. We have no other services available to us or we would have canceled long ago. We have had constant problems getting our service to work. We were assured that the problem had been fixed with an upgrade. The problem is worse. We have called and called and called. They assured us that someone would call us back, this has never happened. My husband, the Vice President of our HOA has tried contacting the manager and have yet to have our calls returned. I am incredibly frustrated and felt there was no other course but to contact the Revdex.com.

Review: Our internet is always slow, but when we call in to have them fix the problem they just update our account. The Internet is better for the moment then decrease dramatically. They have had us buy many new routers. Even with the new routers the Internet has not changed and I have bought three routers. I have asked to talk to a manager and there seems to never be a manager there to help me. They always tell me that a manager can call me tomorrow but the chances of that happening is never. If I was to get a call back it is not from a manager it's from Ivan telling me to do a speed test online. I do what they say and when they get the results they just tell me that my connection is good but it's not. All the devices that use their internet are slow.Desired Settlement: I want to have good internet that I can play Xbox online without lag and stop having slow internet on all my other devices. I feel that I should also receive a couple free months since I am always calling in and doing what they tell me to do with no results.

Do not do business with SMW. The last six months of service has been a joke. Frequent down times and speeds usually less than 1 Mbps when I pay for 5. I was told by the manager that they would be upgrading their towers in 2 to 3 weeks. That was over 4 months ago and nothing has happened. The techs give every excuse they can, from blaming the PUD for not having enough electricity to having too much ice on the tower - after 5 days of no precipitation, to interference from their competitors. There is not one good review of them online. Search for yourself.
Overall, my experience has been that this is a poorly ran company that delivers a poor service. People are leaving them in droves around the area and I am next.

Review: I had Saddle Mountain Wireless (herein referred to as SMW) set up wireless internet at my house on July 17, 2013. In doing so, I was required to enter a 1 year contract. The installation cost was $149.95 and the monthly cost is $50.95 per month for the duration of the year. The connection speed was to be 1 Mbps. I chose this plan instead of the lower priced 512 kbps plan in order to receive a faster connection.I noticed very quickly that the speed of the internet connection was significantly slower than the 1 Mbps that was agreed upon. In order to verify this, I performed online internet speed tests using [redacted] and [redacted]. I have saved screen shots from these sites verifying that my internet connection was 250 kbps, which is one quarter of the agreed upon speed.It is important to note that the internet connection speed is not consistent. During the day while I am gone to work the speed is often greater than 1 Mbps. However, in the evening when I want to use it my internet is extremely slow.I contacted SMW and complained. The technician told me that they were having trouble with my tower, but it should be resolved in a couple months. I explained that if they were having trouble with the tower and they knew it then I was owed a refund. He quickly back-tracked and told me I was actually on a different tower. When I continued to push the issue he offered to come out and point my dish at a different tower.SMW came out to the house and pointed the dish at a different tower. I have tested the internet speed several times since then and it has made no difference. I contacted SMW and let them know that the issue was not resolved. They offered no further help.At that point I gave SMW an ultimatum: Resolve this issue within 1 week OR cancel my contract and refund me the money I have paid to date. If they failed to do so I threatened to take legal action against them. That week came and went and SMW has made no further attempts to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: Because I have not received the agreed upon connection rate, I expect Saddle Mountain Wireless to cancel my contract, refund my money, and come get their internet equipment.
