I would recommend reevaluating your employees. It is unfortunate you have dishonest employees working for you. Instead of accusing me continuously, a business should take responsibility and not continue to accuse a guest of not wanting to pay $16 after having spent over $100 just on my bill alone that night. Very disappointing.]

Review: First off the servers never clean the place. The tables are disgusting, and I've heard customers have seen roaches in the place. When I was there I was in a group of 15 people. We had two individuals who paid their bill cash and then left for the night. At the end of the night the rest of us paid our bills. My credit card was charged for my bill, and then in the amount of the two girls that had already paid. I did NOT sign the slip to authorize payment and they STILL had it go through. When we confronted the waitress about it she said she would "handle it" and got her managers. When we explained to the managers what happened, they told us if we did not cover the amount they would call the police. We were harassed and embarrassed by everyone there. The managers called their "security" and had them detain us in the restaurant. When we tried to leave they blocked all the doors so we had to stay inside. When the police got there they pretty much seemed annoyed by the whole thing. I honestly believe our waitress pocketed the cash. She should have been held accountable for this. On top of all that the original slip was never found. We were given a bill with the time 2 hours later then when the two individuals had originally paid their bill.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the fraudulent charges on my card. I also wish I hadn't tipped the stupid waitress that we had. Im sure she got it back in the $20 she stole. Ideally I would love to see this place shut down. I have heard nothing but horrible things happen here.

Review: Management at Saddle Ranch restaurant ([redacted] or [redacted]) photo copied my debit card and my identification card without authorization or prior notice. They also over charged me for items I did not order. In hand writing they wrote under the photocopy of my debit card and ID a note/contract for me to sign while I was being photographed by staff members without my consent and when I requested a copy they refused. I called [redacted] and we came to an agreement that she would refund my money but I had to call corporate for a copy of the photocopied document they made me sign. When [redacted]corporate representative) called me she did not know if I could obtain a copy of such document.Desired Settlement: To return the photocopy document and discard any personal (including pictures and video tape)information they may have on their records.
