In response to a letter I received regarding your complaint you filed on 12/07/15 to the Revdex.com:  I am a little confused, you signed a new lease with us and was given the option of giving a notice to vacate at that time we gave notice on 09/25/15 for your lease...

expiring 12/31/15 which was more than the 60 day notice to vacate required.  We did offer an early bird special if you renewed by 10/31/15 for $859.00 which was only a $20.00 increase. Our records indicate you signed your new lease on 10/30/15 and at that time there is no notes made nor does [redacted] remember you giving her any work orders or complaints at the time you renewed with us but did request to [redacted] about seeing a new remodeled apartment at an additional cost to you of $ 197.00 more than what you were currently paying which confuses me why you stated the $40 increase was more than a single mother could afford because you were willing to pay the additional $ 197.00 per month for a renovated.
It was not until we declined your transfer due to your rent payment history in the lower rent apartment that you then complained about roaches and mold for which I immediately sent someone to your home to address the problems. As stated in your original lease and current lease you are required to give us written notice immediately of any pest or mold issues for which we do not show anything in writing or otherwise. Upon arrival it was noted the apartments living conditions would definitely cause both the mold and roach problem and we have photos of the conditions if you would like me to forward to all parties.
Here are the work orders we show you have called us since move in:
2014- 2 work orders for washer pipes leaking
2015- 8 work orders- 3 bath sink stop up due to hair, 3 ac not cooling 2 showing filter dirty which is resident responsibility, 1 lock change and 1 light out.
If you would like to be released from your lease agreement that you signed you will need to give a 60 day notice to vacate in writing as stated in your agreement and pay proper termination fees, upon moving you will be responsible to clean your unit upon move out to avoid any additional fees.
