Review: I just moved to town, before moving I was told by the land rover dealer that I needed new brakes & a part for my air suspension, as it was leaking air overnight & the warning light kept coming on. I called & got a quote for $900 to fix my front brakes & order the part (I gave them the part # from the LR dealer). I was told it would take 1 day, dropped my car off Saturday & they gave me a loaner car, lol. A 1980's cadillac with NO LICENSE PLATES, OR GAS!!! I should have driven back right then. Of course my car was NOT done in 1 day, & of course they found another suspension issue, which was brining my total up to $1250, unless they don't need the part the dealer told me I need (I guess listening to their customer isn't something they do). If I don't need the part, it's $200 less. Well long story short, I did need the part I told them I needed, went to pickup my truck & the bill is $1,474.00 I FEEL ROBBED!!! Not only that, but the suspension light keeps coming on, due to an old pump they told me with new software. It would have been nice for them to tell me this previously, or at least tell me they are a dang smog shop, & have no business working on a LR. After driving off, my truck bounced on every little bump in the road, & I noticed it was shorter than I remembered. It took me a few days to realize, that my air suspension wasn't even working. Previously to dropping my car, when you unlock a LR, the air suspension raises the suv & lowers when turned off. Now it's doing NOTHING!!!! I'm driving around like I'm in a monster truck bouncing all around the truck cab, wtf. Called them today, & was told it was fine when they test drove it & gave it to me, & that It was MY FAULT & HAPPENED WHEN I TOOK IT. WRONG, BOYS!!! I asked repeatedly for the owners name & number, which I was not given. They the counter guy, who was rude & defensive from the start got [redacted] the owner on the phone. He is now saying the air compressor is bad, & needs to be fixed. My trucks alignment is already pulling L!Desired Settlement: I want the owner, [redacted] to fix my truck, or refund my money. On the phone he said he hardly did anything for my suspension, so front brakes cost $1474?! I paid for my front brakes & rotors, tire rotation & alignment, & the suspension to be fixed. He called to say they found another suspension issue, which I had him fix as well. I was quoted 3 different prices, & my suspension is worse than when I dropped it off. The brakes are fine, but I am unhappy with being lied to & having to go back again.
