Placed an order November of 2019, informed the owner my order was never received and would like to be issued a refund. Never received.
Placed an order back in November 2019, 30 days went by I contacted the CEO and asked for a refund, she informed me she would process it. The refund was never processed. Kept contacting her months after, no refund nor have I gotten a response.
