I took my van to Summit Auto Electric because of a problem causing a fuse to blow. They claimed to have fixed it by disconnecting a trailer harness and charged me $45. I began a long drive. I stopped the van and when I started it back up and turned the lights on the fuse blew. I took it back and left it for a day. When I picked it up the fuse blew almost immediately. I took it back and left it for another day. This time the fuse blew in about 5 minutes. I returned and requested a refund. [redacted] explained that he had $280 worth of time on it and would not refund my money. I brought it in to have the problem corrected. It is not. I feel I am due a refund regardless of his loss.
