company, do not believe in that sort of behavior. When we completed the project 100%, we did an in-depth cleaning job of the property with brooms and magnets that pick up nails and screws. We have talked with the responsible crew because, we at Saenz roofing really try to push the double clean-up a day and believe in full customer satisfactory. We made sure the property was as clean or even cleaner than when we arrived when the project was completed. As a result of the broken motion sensor, we gave the home owner a credit of $180.00. The owner of the company, [redacted] talk with the home owner and left on a good note. We at Saenz Roofing recognize that this was not appropriate behavior from everyone involved and will not let it happen again.
