This complain made us at Saenz Roofing Incfeel very embarrassed given that this is the first complaint we've had in the ten years we've been in businessLet it be know that the worker who urinated in the neighbors yard, has been dismissed due to his behaviorWe, being a family owned and operated company, do not believe in that sort of behaviorWhen we completed the project 100%, we did an in-depth cleaning job of the property with brooms and magnets that pick up nails and screwsWe have talked with the responsible crew because, we at Saenz roofing really try to push the double clea day and believe in full customer satisfactoryWe made sure the property was as clean or even cleaner than when we arrived when the project was completedAs a result of the broken motion sensor, we gave the home owner a credit of $The owner of the company, [redacted] talk with the home owner and left on a good noteWe at Saenz Roofing recognize that this was not appropriate behavior from everyone involved and will not let it happen again
