In reference to case # XXXXXXX. As our receipt clearly states No Refunds on special orders, No Refunds on layaways after 30 days. It should be noted that this ring was in layaway for over 5 months.

5850.00, when in fact 4350.00 has been paid. He should have receipts of 2250.00, 1500.00 and 600.00.
The first concession I made was giving the customer a 4350.00 full store credit. I told him if we were to consider a refund a 15 % re-stocking fee would apply. The original price of the ring was 10,500.00. A special price of 8900.00 was given. The 15% would be on the 8900.00.
The customer called and offered to take an additional 750.00 off if I would send him a check immediately. I thought this was unfair, as he and his fiancee' were apparently purchasing this ring together. She was present at the time of the sale.
I've been contacted by his fiancee' who also wants a refund. She has produced paperwork from ** Bank showing the deposits withdrawn from their joint account.
Our company has been put in the middle of this broken engagement, so we would be more than happy to have the Revdex.com mediate this matter.
