We had purchased a new home and had not previously had a pellet stoveSo we hired this company to come out and do service on the pellet stove and chimney for us about to months latter our chimney cap had blown off and was on the ground with all the screws still in it like it was screwed in to nothing so we called this company back and asked them to come put the cap back on.They said it was a emergency visit and that we were getting rain so it needed to go back on because the rain would go down chimney and mix with the pellet ashSo they came out and fixed cap and charged me $witch was out rag acesFor one we live mins from the store and two they neglected to tighten it correctly the first timeSo my husband went in and asked why it cost so much to fix this issue he spoke with owners wife she was nice said she would look into why it was so much and then the owner of the business her husband came out and started yelling at my husband saying that is a emergency service call that is what we charge and that is how business run,My husband said no we have dealt with business that are not like that and have taken care of the customerhe said while this is how we run things and then put his hand up and waved it and said bye bye to my husband leave the store so my husband just shook his head and walked to the door when the owner turn around and came towards him and started yelling at him again saying just give them their check back and other stuff, such so my husband put out his hand to shake the mans hand and said thanks for making this easy for us we will never be using this company againThis company was very un professional and the owner was very aggressive and yelling and irate over a simple question that was asked regarding the service and price at the front deskWe would not recomand and tell people to stay clear of this company if we are askedWe did not get a refund / our check back for this service
This is a new company to meI have a chimney that had a lot of problemsFire n Stone was hired to clean and inspect This chimney was difficult to access because it is enclosed within the home with the only access thru the house foundationThe inspection indicated that a new clean-out would have to be installed at the limited access base of the chimneyFire n Stone did a great job in minimal time and at a fair price for the work involvedI highly recommend them
