I am pleased that the instructor in question was relieved of his duties. I am satisfied with the refund of 6 (six) weeks of instruction for my son, however this refund has not yet happened and is scheduled to take place on June **, at which time I would be happy to resolve tis issue completely.

Review: my daughter had swimming lessons on Aug ** from 12-12:30 ( mommy and me) I had prepaid in advanced that was required on 5-*-15 no contract signed)we only stayed for 15 min in the lesson because the water was not clean very dirty, it was over 100 degree in the pool area, you had young children throwing up jn the pools and employee and parents spraying Lysol in the pool. I had complained to the front desk about what had happened and all the front desk personal told me nom refunds, SO after I got home I called saf-t-swim and asked to speak to a manager he was not avail to speak with me so I left a detailed message about the issue I was experiencing and stated would like a full refund of $79.00 that I had prepaid for lessons 8 week worth . To date I had left several messages and voice mails and no phone call back . I will never go back there again .Desired Settlement: full refund of lessons $79.00

Dear [redacted], I have tried to research the complaint ([redacted]), and I am having trouble finding [redacted] daughter in our schedules. We have six Suffolk locations, and I could not find a child with the last Name of [redacted] who is a baby, in our records. If you can supply me with more info it would be appreciated. We also only have one pool at each location, all indoor pool areas are generally warm. However we NEVER keep our pool areas at 100 degrees. No one does. Parents also NEVER Help or take it upon themselves to put ANYTHING. In our pools. We have very strict protocols and follow them all the time. Saf-T-Swim has been in business for thirty-two years and we always try to provide quality service. So if there was truly a bad experience, we will take care of it. Thanks so much, and I look forward to your response.

In regards to the above complaint number, Saf-T-Swim will refund [redacted] the full amount of $79.00 no later then 10/*/15. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Review: My 3 children swim at this Saf-t Swim location. On May **, 2015, my son [redacted], age 6, was given a substitute instructor. While this is very common at this location, it was not the problem. The instructor who took him into the water began to do things that no swim instructor has even done; [redacted] was repeatedly dunked, and pushed from his face backwards under the water - the equivalent of physical abuse from where I was watching. [redacted] has [redacted], and when I finally intervened and asked if he thought what he was doing was appropriate, he said he did because [redacted] wasn't listening. There appears to be no oversight of the swim instructors at this location and they seem to do what they please, with no mangers onsite to intervene. This establishment is a safety hazard t the public to allow this type of action.Desired Settlement: Full refund for lessons up to this point and through the end of this swim session.

[redacted] made a direct complaint to the [redacted] Saf-T-Swim location [redacted]. [redacted] explained all the details of the lesson in question, on May **, 2015. He had expressed his extreme displeasure with how his son was treated and mentioned that he thought that we should let the instructor in question go. Since the incident, we have since relieved the instructor of his position. Additionally, we contacted [redacted] directly and mentioned that we would do whatever it would take to make him happy. [redacted] asked if we could refund him for the lessons that he was displeased with. I did that for him gladly and expressed our sincerest apologies.
