As we discuss on the phone this afternoon November 13th 2015, Mrs *** have been my costumer for couples yearsI always strive to provide the best service for my clients,
On the 5th of this month she had her
hair done but was not satisfiedShe let the stylist know ; Mariama ***, the stylist purpose then to fix it, "I don't have time" she said
Mrs *** came back the next day and Mariama undo the braidsI got a call from my stylist to report the incidentShe schedule to do her hair yesterday 11/12/She leave my shop around 9:pm last night very satisfied of purple singles braids
Today, 11/13/2015, I am very surprise to receive a complaint from Mrs ***She was praising me last night for how I keep my shop clean and I should have other location
Anyway, I don't have nothing bad to said about her because as a repeat costumer, she help me built my business to this levelOne more lesson for me, Never take any speech for granted and keep working hard

Just to clarifyMy complaint was filed a week ago on November 6, against the shop because of bad service by Mariama, an employee of the shopThe owner Rama was on vacation when both incidents happenedUnfortunately, Miriama is not honestShe completed my hair in an hour and minutes by herselfThe hairstyle typically takes a minimum of hours and that is with additional people doing the hairI asked for my hair to be taken down and done over the very same day I received the bad service but I was angry of course and decided to schedule the next dayMiriama did take down my hair the next day, very rough! She offered to do it again for free any style of my choosing and initially I acceptedBut Miriama knew I was preparing for my aunt's funeralI couldn't afford the time or patience to have her mess up againAlso because of her indifference toward me when she was taking the braids out I decided to schedule when Rama was back in town
I in fact did get my hair redone this week on November 13, by the owner RamaShe is a great lady and I appreciate her putting the customer firstShe is correct that I did compliment how clean and organized she keeps the shopIn addition I did leave the shop very satisfied Thursday night
