Please accept the following information in response to the referenced complaint lodged by *** *** *** *** on ***
1) *** *** *** *** lived in Safari MHP at lot ** They sold their home and have not lived in the park for several months
2) When
they moved into the park, they were given a set of the community rules which they read and signed The rules, a copy of which are attached here, state that there is off street parking for two vehicles for each lot Residents are not allowed to park on the street or lawn at any time Continuing to do so will result in the car being towed away at he owner's expense Guests may park on the street for a limited time but if staying overnight, they must contact the office for an available space
3) *** *** or his guest parked on the street at night and the car was towed The towing company is an independent company that comes in at night and tows cars that are violating the rule They DO NOT remit any commission back to the manager or maintenance man
4) There is also a sign at the entrance to the park (picture attached) which clearly states the rule regarding parking
5) *** *** attempted to take the manager* *** ***, to small claims court The court dismissed the case stating that the complaining was aware of the rules, had signed them, and had violated them
