I did speak with Mr. [redacted]. We did resolve the issue, and Sports Afield was very understanding, accomadating, and professional. I attempted to contact the Revdex.com; however was never successful. The issue is resolved. Thank you and my apologies to Sports Afield.

Review: My complaint could cover: advertisement, customer service, as well as product.After MONTHS of research and reading, I purchased a [redacted] safe through [redacted].com in November of 2014. I did not receive the safe until January of 2015. I was told the safe was back ordered, held up do to port strikes, and many other reasons. Upon receiving the safe, it was noted that the safe was not the one advertised through [redacted] and [redacted]. When I contacted [redacted] about the safe, I was told I was not the only one with this issue and that they would send me the missing plugs and a $100 credit. Only problem was that the advertised safe contained a great door organizer as well as the plugs. When I expressed my concern with the issue, I was told my only other option was to return the safe. I was also told to install my plugs that were not included I would have to drill a hole in my safe. When I asked about fire integrity, they said it would be noted in my warranty. That's great, but it doesn't protect my valuables in a fire! I felt as if the lady was getting mad with me the more I pressed the false advertisement issue as well as how returning the safe would once again screw me, due to having already installed the safe and having to uninstall and remove the safe MYSELF. After talking with [redacted], which ran me around as well, [redacted] called me again. The same woman, and I felt as if she got even more upset with me for expressing my unhappiness and concern. It has been a HUGE mess and I can only imagine how much hard earned money [redacted] and [redacted] has taken from people over this safe!Desired Settlement: I am not sure how it can be settled. They see it as settled by giving me a $100 credit, which will not purchase a comparable door organizer to what was advertised, and sending me the plugs. I am sure that the "resolution" will be stated as reached, but I want to make this right. it is not right for many others to have lost their hard earned money to [redacted] and sports afield. It is just sad that we as customers are getting screwed and they are getting richer.
