this lady is rude she is incorrect she was not involved in the repairs until weeks later her son Ray authorized the repair on 11-22-with his DOB 1-15-85- to fix the truck the truck was towed in on 11-18- the trans was rear main seal also quarts motor oil it was very low lack of maintaince I cant start the truck being that low dollars for trans oil epa and tax which is total which ray said to fix on 11-22- I towed the vehicle back on 1-10- her trans line broke and ray did not want to fix it on 11-22- or on 1-10-she said no also they still owe advanced trans for towing they took there truck on 1-10-17- they refused the external cooler line for at this time they owe us for towing very rude peopke !!!!!!!

this lady is mean I am a nice man she kept calling me a snake I have never been called a snake in years in this business the owner seth who authorized the repair never had a complaint never complained to me and he is the owner of the truck this truck has over thousand miles on the truck we never did any repairs on the transfercase it works fine it was only leaking she says we broke it it is not broken it was only leaking the owner seth said to fix it she is not the owner she only picked it up all of my staff dissagrees with this lady this is a unvalid not fair and totally not a complaint .once again it only had a leak and we never fixed the t case on the 1st repair please disregard this complaint as not true thankyou very much < ,

her trans noise is gone she has a hub berring going bad sha also has a electrical problem with the vehicle it may need a tcm or a pcm she must get electrical fixed she knows about it we explained that to her for over a week she needs additional work

This owner was dishonest from the beginningAs to the towing fee Of $on 1\10\17, no mention was made to me of the fee when I called them to tell them the truck was broken down leaking transmission fluidI specifically told him we weren't going to pay any more money on top of what we had already paid that morningWhat legitimate business charges that amount for shoddy repairs? Since he knew about that line prior to me picking it up, why didn't they at the least tighten the clamp on it and verbally let me know? I asked them when I paid them if there was anything I needed to doI could have had an accident or blew out the transmission that was just repairedMy sons towed it home, no way did I want them touching it againI had to buy several quarts of transmisson fluids to replace what leaked and had the clamp tightened

Greg is being deceitful because he never told me that the cost would be $
dollars to tear my transmission apartHe said that it would be free diagnostic with free towingHe also said that he could beat anyone price in townNow, he is being vindictive by calling me while I was at my place of employment and saying because of my complaint with the Revdex.com he will charge me $a day for storage and said "Have a nice day" In addition to that, he also said he doesn't care what I think about himWhat I really want him to put my car back together so I can come and pick it upI do not wont him to fix my transmission because he is untrustwothy

This is not a real or fair complaint, I have never meet this guy face to faceHe was offered financing help with companies on approved credit, but he has never tried to come in and fill out any credit applications to start the process at allHis car is still in pieces and
he will not come down to see us or to fill out an application so there is no way I can help him unless he comes and speak to us and fill out a financing application

I am not a snake and I can sue you for defamation of character I will fix the exhaust leak for free if seth has a problem he cancall me which he hasent yet you can sue me in small claims if he really thinks he will win I do not have to pay 400 a year for the Revdex.com to say I am accrediated I still have a A with them per the # of customers 6 is really  a A+++ please be nicer you will live longer once again not a valid complaint we did not fix your t case get your facts right . have a nice day be nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this  vehicle had other issues electrical  she went to the dealer and they fixed her electrical issues  we told this to her up front  but she will not admit to that  my offer 50.00only

first off I was not mean at all I was very nice the fact that your front desk guy kept telling me I'm sorry this happened to you says something.  and you know what you are in the wrong when somebody bring a truck to you to fix a transmission and we receive the truck back with an exhaust leak in a transfer case leaking that is not our fault that is your fault. I  came in to see you with good intentions and when I spoke to you I really did see how much of a snake you really are you know you're in the wrong and you're just too dirty to admit it I had to try and repeat to yourself what was going on and not even you could repeat it  you know that you're in the wrong I asked you to stay a customer came to you to fix a transmission to customer left with a transfer case and an exhaust Leake  you won't even repeat that why because you know you're in the wrong  you did offer to look at the exhaust but do you want to know why I said no to you because you probably would have charged us  for it when I know you guys messed up the exhaust would of but because its not it the warranty we have to pay for that too right?? Yeah that's what I thought . if you really want to talk about me being a mean person and you're such a good person let's look at your [redacted] review your [redacted] reviews your consumer report with the fact that your not even accrediated by the Revdex.com anymore the fact that you have six complains on Revdex.com says a lot you know you're in the wrong and I want a refund if you want my boyfriend to voice his opinion he will because feels the exact same way he will file a complaint with Revdex.com if that's what you want. seal also 5 quarts motor oil  it  was very low lack of maintaince  i cant start the truck being that low  26.00 dollars 68.00 for trans oil 6.00 epa  and 95.00 tax which is 1485.00 total  which ray said to fix  on 11-22-2016  i towed the vehicle back on 1-10-2017  her trans line broke and ray did not want to fix it on 11-22-16  or on 1-10-17 she said no also they still owe advanced trans 125.00 for towing they took there truck on 1-10-17- they refused the external cooler line for 130.00 at this time they owe us 125.00 for towing very rude peopke !!!!!!!
