I have reviewed the response by the dental office and unfortunately do not agree on my itemsWhile I have called the office several times to speak with different members of their teamI have to question their view on foul languageAs I stated previously I have never sworn or used foul language nor do I practice this is my everyday lifeI do work in customer service myself and have dealt with upset customers so I feel that my service standards are high and I do try to deal with others respectively because of thisUnfortunately I found this dental office very rudeI do understand human errorHowever as I stated before being a single mother paying for my own insurance requires budgeting and it would only be natural for me to inquire on the expenseThis of which was discussed with the hygentistI do understand this is not their practice as when I had a conversation with the front desk manager she said "I told them to stop doing thatIt's always wrongWhich is why we stopped." Unfortunately I was quoted and paid the amount requested even though it was over the amount stated because I understand such fluctuationsTwice as much as quoted seems extremeI also noticed you stated I was well aware of your practicesMy first visit to your office was days prior for a routine cleaning and X-ray for my daughterI would hardly state I was an expert as to your practicesI was told however when I made my sons appointment and speaking to your staffPayment was due in full at the time of service. As far as the insurance companyThis is the communication that should have been discussed with meIt was notI was billed first months later and months after receiving my check from the insurance companyIt was only then the insurance company was contacted and asked to bill meThis has created a hardship on me as this is your error. As regards to my son, my mother is a very intelligent personYour correspondence suggests differentlyI may not have been there however there is no confusionI spent hundreds of dollars on his teeth and my son and mother was told they could extract the tooth they tried to save or My son could try to wiggle it outMy mother said the hygentist spoke openingly in front of my sonI realize you stated it's cementedHowever we were told he could not have any hard candy or it would come off soonerSo I understand it might not come off the first time he wiggles on it it can come off eventually children are very literal peopleMy son is one that will take you on your wordAnd you need to be careful what you suggest even as your email states you were not using scary language.My hopes is that your staff will be fully trained on providing good customer service to your patients as I did not find this the case.My thanks goes to the Better Business Bereau for handling this complaint.
