I also mentioned it usually takes awhile 2-3 weeks to receive, customer called me 1st part of november saying he didn't receive touch up paint yet. so I called manufacturer again requesting...

I was under the impression my customer received the paint, safe and knife co provides excellent customer service for 35 years now, we are a family owned small business, we 100% depend on customer refferals, I was suprised to receive this information from the Revdex.com. My customer who contacted you lives about 1-2 miles from my store, we sell safes in about a 300 mile radius- and when customer was in we had a very pleasant meeting when he bought safe. At this point i'm ok with $200 discount or whatever customer feels necessary to take care of this problem. thank you, John [redacted] ###-###-####
