I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ######, and find that this resolution is PARTIALLY/ satisfactory to me, my is car still in the shop and I have not been reinbursed for the rental car Regards, [redacted] ***

I did not receive a letter from Safe Auto in regards to policy as stated in their responseThat is a statementI do not see how a company can keep your money and not issue a refund in a timely manner, or how they think they can charge a fee to get your money back in the first placeIt took them less than minutes to take it out of my account and I am still waiting almost two months later for a refundI have no proof that they sent the check in the first place, they wont send me a letter stating that I dont have insurance with them, all I ever got was the policyI have nothing else in writing from themI have also filed a complaint with the insurance department in [redacted] and will continue to file complaints until this matter is resolvedIt may not seem like a lot of money, but as a single mom, this is and its more about being ethical and having integrity as a companyProve to me that the first check was sent to the address that four different agents verifiedI received a policy but not a check that supposedly was sent to the same address I have had no other issues with my they were able to send a policy to me, but can not get a check to me?? [redacted] *** I am writing in response to your email regarding a complaint that was filed by [redacted] *** [redacted] complained that Safe Auto Insurance has not paid far the damage to her vehicle [redacted] reported her vehicle was stolen on 8/13/and notified Safe Auto Insurance the same dayThe file was assigned to adjuster [redacted] [redacted] had just started her policy with Safe Auto Insurance on 8/8/14, five days before the alleged theftA reservation of rights letter was sent to [redacted] for the recent policy inceptionAdditionally, [redacted] advised that she was adding a replacement vehicle to her policy on 3/just prior to reporting the theftOn 8/14, [redacted] obtained a recorded statement from [redacted] regarding the facts of Loss Investigator [redacted] was also assigned to the claimOn 9/ [redacted] received the theft report and also the theft affidavit filled out by [redacted] ***On 9/12/14, [redacted] received and reviewed [redacted] ***'s cell phone records [redacted] has requested to speak to [redacted] ***'s mother and also obtain the proof of purchase for the new replacement vehicle [redacted] calIed CDV Leasing and Sales but the representative was advised that he did not know the insured nor did he sell a vehicle to her The investigation is ongoing at this time [redacted] has called [redacted] on several occasions and provided claim status [redacted] is aware that we need to speak with her mother and conclude our investigation before we can make a determination on coverage Since policy documents may contain information protected by privacy laws, we cannot disclose these documents to the Revdex.com without our insured's consent, I have included an authorization form, which would need to be signed by our insured before we can release any further information If you need any additional information, feel free to contact me Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

This is a follow up to a complaint that was filed by [redacted] , who is the named insured to this claim, in which I am now responding to your 10/27/letter Please be advised that [redacted] complaint includes a request for a resolution to her uninsured motorist property damage claim by issuing a check, in the amount determined by Safe Auto, to repair the insured vehicle On Friday October 31, the decision was made to proceed with the uninsured motorist property damage payment, as in the state of Virginia, an insured is eligible for this coverage regardless of the at fault party identificationThe handling adjuster placed a call to [redacted] and left a voicemail requesting a return call to discuss her body shop of choice so payment can be issuedOnce the insured's body shop information is secured, the UMPD payment will be issued resolving this issue If you need any additional information, feel free to contact me

They were not complete or accurate in their responseOn Sunday, 6/8/14, around 1:Am the car was parked along the street by my daughters apartmentA driver hit the car and left the scene of the accidentThe police were called in which they were able to catch the driverMy car was hit on the whole left sideThe left rear tire was smashed into the wheel well and the axle was bentThe car could not be moved, it had to be towedMy daughter is a college student in [redacted] and I live South of [redacted] , So we were unfamiliar with where to have the car towedI called Safe Auto on 6/9/to see if the accident was reported by the insurerThey told me noI was told they could not do anything about the accident until they heard from the insurerThis could take up to weeks or moreOn Wednesday6/11/my daughter received a ticket from the [redacted] police, because the street sweeper couldn't clean that side of the roadAfter I found out about the ticket, I called Safe Auto about the problemThe Insurance Agent told me my daughter could have the car towed to their body shop or the yardI just wanted the car towed off the street so it wouldn't be ticketed again, not for the shop to repair the carTwo weeks plus had gone by and I hadn't heard from Safe AutoI then called Safe Auto and they told me the car was being repairedI did not get a call from Safe Auto or the Repair Shop; [redacted] They started repairs when neither my daughter or I gave authorization to anyone to do any repairs to this carMy daughter had no transportation to get to work or collegeShe was never contacted by safe Auto or [redacted] about a rental carThe repair shop did not repair the car to its originalThe car went back a second time to the same repair shop to correct the problemsI called [redacted] at [redacted] and asked him if he repaired everything on the listHe told me yesThat weekend my daughter came homeI looked over the car and saw that the repairs were not madeI feel that [redacted] lied to meMolding strips look like the could fall off, mirror loose, missed areas when painting, swirl marks in the paint, terrible clear coat, I tried calling many times to have the car repaired correctlyThey never returned my callsI tried calling [redacted] on 11/19/and again no return callThe date is now 11/26/14, over months since the accident and the car is still not fixed correctly Regards, [redacted]

I have not received anything from them yet, my car is not fixed yet, no estimate has been sent to me or the shop, no rental is been set yetThe only thing that happened is that they sent some one to take pictures of the damage of my car and I was told I was going to get an email with further information wich at this point I'm still waiting for Regards, [redacted] ***
