Safe Auto

Safe Auto quoted me an auto insurance policy that was quite attractive back in July of 2015. They did not, however, even look at my driving history, and a month later raised my rates by $140 per month & also made me pay $450 to maintain the policy. They told me that since 1 of my traffic violations would be coming off my driving record on September 5, 2015, that my monthly premium would be reduced significantly. However, this was not the case. In fact, it increased...again! I called yesterday to cancel my policy and figure out why my premium did not go down as they said it would. I was given the run around, told a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours...however, no supervisor ever called. I called again today, got the same run around, and was told that a supervisor would call me back in 2 hours...still no call. I called one final time today to figure out what was going on, and was told that a supervisor did call me and left me a voicemail...NOT TRUE. Needless to say, I cancelled my policy with this second rate company, but not before they told me I had to pay them $88 to cancel. $88???? Did they pull this figure out of the air? Oh well, I told them I wasn't paying anything until I saw something in writing, so apparently they are emailing me something (probably a form they are printing as we speak). This company is a joke! STAY AWAY!!!!
