Good Morning ***,Sorry it took so long to reply to your e mailI was waiting to hear back from Mr ***' previous contractor, *** ***I acquired several accounts from the sale of another lawn care company, who also became an employee for my company at that timeThrough the
transition, there were many issues with communication about actual costs, and what was really being charged for hourly rates for labor related tasks, such as fall clean upsThe only clear line of communication on pricing was for lawn mowingIn the accounts I acquired, there were under the supervision of *** and *** ***They were the *** ***, *** *** ***, and *** *** ***From the time I took over these accounts, neither MrOr Mrs *** were easy to communicate withI had sent them several e mails regarding various issues, with no replyCombined with poor communication from them, they had a very inconsistent payment historySometimes stretching out as far as or more days on a net term invoiceI never charged them any late fees as the invoice States I would in the event of a late paymentI sent them a invoice on December 1, for the fall clean upsAbout the 3rd week in January, I received a partial payment, along with what I felt like was a very snarky, and bullying letterNo other communication had been made about this invoice prior to this timeOf course it was nearly weeks after I sent the initial invoice, and weeks past dueEssentially, the letter said we were charging for time we weren't there, and they felt that they were paid in full with the they sent with the letter, which was less than half of the actual invoiceThey accused me of charging outlandish prices, and suchI let them know that it was their previous contractor, and my employee that submitted times to me, and I could only go by what they told me, as I was not out on their properties other than to check to see that a good job was doneAs for hourly rates, I was only charging what I was told they were charged in the pastI was never told what the actual hours were that were billedI did not charge disposal fees, however, I did add time for trucking leaves and debris to our leaf dumpAt the time of communicating with Mr***, he was in my opinion, being a bully, and using his profession as an attorney to his benifitI let him know that a simple solution to him claiming that we didn't do a job that we charged him for, would be to load all of his leaves into our dump trucks and bring them back to himI figured if he didn't want to pay for the service we provided, that was a good solution.I am a very reasonable guyThe correct approach would have been to contact me prior to being past due, and I would have been more than happy to come to some type of agreement that worked well for both, the ***', and myselfI even made mention of this in a follow up e mail to Mr***, but he wasn't willing to negotiateBelow are the rates that had been charged the previous season by *** ***.*** ***- hours - (fall 14)*** ***- hours -(fall 14)*** ***- hours - (spring 15)Total clean up price by previous contractor was I was told by this contractor, many different rates he was charging for labor related tasksOne dollar a minute, or per hour was what I was told most oftenAlthough, I never saw any documents to support thisI charged the ***' per hour for fall clean upAt the time of the fall clean up, the grass was very long, requiring mowingLong grass, combined with a heavy layer of leaves, requires much more time to clean up than usualThat is neither here nor there at this pointI did however charge them the weekly mowing price combined with the fall clean up price, as we did a final mowing to make sure that the properties were left in pristine conditionThis is protocal for usBelow is to show what the Sterns' should have paid even if we went with exact hours from the previous contractor.*** ***-Fall clean up- hours-573.75Weekly Mowing-70.00Total-643.75*** ***-fall clean up-hours-157.50Weekly Mowing-25.00Total-182.50*** ***-Fall clean up- hours-360.00Weeky Mowing-50.00Total-410.00Combined Total-1236.25Enclosed with Mr ***' letter were checksHe stated that he paid what he felt was a fair price, and what was consistent with prior clean up billsThis has proven to be very far from the truth, since the checks he sent totaled only *** ***-200.00, *** ***- 100.00, *** ***- respectively.I have made no contact with Mr*** since we sent several e mails back and forth in mid to late JanuaryI also have made no effort to collect his past due balanceNow that I have the previous contractors prices, I will move forward with collection efforts.I feel that the complaining party has little or no room to go on your site and file a complaint about me, or my company, based on the circumstances, especially when they have been a less than impressive customerThanks so much for the opportunity to tell my side of the story.Regards,*** ***

Safe Driving System's senior technician, Mr. Eddie V[redacted], came to remedy the reported issues with their collision avoidance system, installed earlier this week.  Mr. V[redacted] was extremely knowledgeable concerning the device and was able to reprogram this unit's sensitivity and alarm settings.  It now performs as advertised.  I consider my previous complaint with the Revdex.com now closed.  SDS should be quite proud of Mr. V[redacted]'s knowledge and his quick acceptance of their responsibility to address my concerns.   Regards,   [redacted]

I had a safe dive system installed and the tech was on time and he worked all day (81/2) hours, the only break he took he took was a drink of water. It was on a 2016 Chevy suv. When took the car out to the store it worked fantastic. There was a follow-up call the next day, I would not hesate for a minute to recommend this company to anyone.On scale off 1-10 rated it a #20

A few weeks back I contacted SafeDriveSystems for an install in my new Mazda. Although it has not yet been installed, the company has kept me informed on a weekly basis as to what happens next. The customer service has been outstanding and they are able to answer any and all of my questions in a professional, friendly. I look forward to having the system installed on Monday, August *, 2015.

Excellent communications.

Installer did nice job putting system into my car, took me out for a test drive explaining how to control the system and how the system works (in detail).

The system appears to be very well engineered. The visual and auditory alerts match quite well to the severity of the danger of a forward collision.

I researched the Internet for a collision and lane warning system for my my vehicle (20014 Buick Enclave) and I found the Safe Drive System. Contacted them and bought the RD-140 system. It came to me through [redacted] within 3 days. I let them know I had received the kit and they told me they would send the installer to my house and install it right there. The installer arrived at my home from New York at 11 am, on the [redacted] of June 2016 and took the car apart to install the kit and put it (the car) back together perfectly (work time o/a 4-5 hours). He road tested the system and then had me drive and instructed me on how the system worked. Absolutely fantastic professional installer (his name was Eddie). Nelly E[redacted] was my contact in New York for the system and she coordinated the whole thing for me. I have used this system for about two weeks and it is great, it does everything as advertised. I don't know how I could live without it now. Totally satisfied with the system, the coordinator, the installer and the installation process. Thank you very much Safe Drive System!!!

Safe Drive Systems really work I've been a client now for almost 2 years the customer service is exceptional the people are wonderful the product is wonderful no more distracted driving the lane departure and the radar system let you When you're too close to a vehicle this is an amazing anti-collision system thank you [redacted] when you're too close to a vehicle this is an amazing anti-collision system thank you [redacted]

Review: I contracted with Safe Drive Systems to install its product in my 2015 Mustang. The company took my down payment and has been billing me monthly, but has failed to install the system in my car. The first time the installers came to my residence, they indicated that the programming for the Safe Drive System would not work with my Mustang and after three hours of working on my car, said they could not install it and had to come back. A subsequent appointment was made for September 4 and I was told that the system would be installed. I received a call on the 4th only to cancel the install as I was told the system still will not work with my car. All this time I am paying for a product that I cannot use and has not been installed.Desired Settlement: A credit for the months I have been billed for the use of a system that is not installed and if the system cannot be installed by the September [redacted], full refund of all payments and cancellation of the contract.
