Review: They filed my taxes for me and I was suppose to get $8219 but I owed the irs $1992.06 so they deposited $6226.94 in safeguard account but when I went to pick up my refund check they have me a check for $5650.82 they charged $461.90 so I received $5188.92 so I called the irs to see what they deposited and they said $6226.94 so I went to safeguard and told them what the irs deposited so they told me I need something showing what the irs deposited and I would received the rest so I showed them the letter irs sent me saying what they was taking and what they was sending me safeguard said that was proof I needed the transcript showing that that's what they depositing so the day I got the transcript I went back but the manager saw me pulling up so she ran on the back and had someone else tell me she went made a run but going back outside I noticed her car parked outside from when we talked about it when she was leaving before so I pulled in the next business parking lot and called my fiancee to go play like she wanted to do get taxes when she went in the manager came out to help but my fiancee told her she forgot something duo she came switched cars and I pulled and her car andthe manager was sitting behind the desk waiting for her I sat outside and waited on the police to see how I could redeem the rest of my money he made a report and told me I might have to take them to small claims court be advised me to see if they could just resolve and settle it without all that.I'm looking for help to resolve this issue,thanksDesired Settlement: Get the rest of the money that is owed.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Safe Guard Tax Service regarding complaint ID 9941784, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I called the business myself but the manager told me to get in touch with the irs crminal division for my money because she couldn't talk to me anymore because they are suing me for slandered then hung up in my face.
