We recently found our my neighbors needed anew roof put on their home or they would loose their homeowners insuranceSSRI is one of four companies I called for an estimate Jerry Broskythe company owner answered his own phone set up a meeting time the same day gave us a great estimate and explained any extra costs that may come upWe gave him the Ok on a Monday he emailed us copy's of the permits on Wednesday, Started the job the next dayand it was completed in three days ( including having to remove and replace some bad lumber) When they left there was no sign that they had ever been thereExcept for a beautiful professionally done new roofMy neighbors are older and don't understand a lot about repairs in general but he checked in with them daily and the Quote was accurate Excellent service job and customer care Roderick L [redacted]
Great company and great peopleJerry who is the owner took my call and came out to the home to give me an estimate next dayThe house is yrs and many of the neighbors are replacing roofsI wasn't crazy about several companies as a result of no show, calling several times to get information or not returning my calls with questions I had for themNot Jerry, he came out told me I probably had a yr or two still on the roofBut I decided to be safe and get it done as I just felt comfortable with approachThe estimate was sent the next day, between Jerry and Brittany (office manager) they answered all my questions without the need to follow up with themThe way business should be done!!! Got a good price, great job, workers were respectful and kept things pretty clean, no sign in the yard eitherIt was by far the right decision I made to go with themHIGHLY recommend them as there is no high pressure sales approach, just honest answers!
