Safe Harbor Financial Solutions Reviews (2)

I am rejecting this response because: All one has to do is a little research in order to find out that Brad has $5,097,in Pending Suits (www.brokercheck.finra.org/Individual/2883389" Also, there'sa PDF file "vernonlitigation.com/wp-content/uploads/...Bradley-Freimark_FINRA-CRD-=1.pdf will give more information regarding suits against him.He never explained to my wife and I about the risks in any of our investments, and was never with my wife, myself, and my daughter in any meetings.Although my daughter and Brad did share a relationship and a business together, their relationship has nothing to do with my wife and my retirement funds.Business is business and Personal life has always been separate in my book.Let the above sites speak for themselves

Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is without merit. It is actually a mean-spirited attempt to cause problems for my business, since I separated from my former business partner - also his daughter - [redacted] and his wife [redacted] were clients for approximately six (6) years. They knew...

me for several years before becoming clients, as their daughter [redacted] worked for me and we became a couple. [redacted] and I discussed with both [redacted] and [redacted] the details of their holdings on an ongoing basis for years. They liked and trusted me until the breakdown of both the personal and business relationship between me and their daughter. As is and always has been true regarding my communications with and with all of my clients - including Mr. [redacted] - they were never told that they could not lose money. My company has always offered some completely safe strategies, via bank accounts and guaranteed fixed and index annuities. Those funds do in fact ensure that clients who choose them don't lose their retirement funds. At that time, though, I also offered some securities investments that were clearly described and explained as having risk of loss, with a potential for higher gain. In the [redacted] family portfolio. [redacted] chose to place her funds in the completely safe options. [redacted] chose a mixture of Safe (Certificates of Deposit I recommended) and Risk (non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts - "REITs").Unfortunately, nearly all REITs did lose value during the Great Recession. The two REITs into which [redacted] invested were among those REITs that suffered. I obviously would never have helped Mr. [redacted] or any other client invest in anything that I expected to lose money. That risk, though, was well disclosed both many times before he chose to move forward and also on an ongoing basis. It is important for the Revdex.com to know that as of the last unified family portfolio performance results I compiled for [redacted] and [redacted] in February of 2015, their to-date performance was NOT a Loss, but rather a Gain of slightly more than $37,000.The REIT 'products' did underperform. That risk, though, was clearly disclosed to and accepted by Mr. [redacted] in advance.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Please contact me if you need further clarification or additional information. I look forward to a speedy resolution.
