researched Ms. [redacted]'s complaint and our documentation of all communication with her. While we do not agree with her assertions, I would like to address some specific allegations she has made.First of all, the services Safe Harbor provides are not only legal, but very valuable to our clients as we have hundreds of very satisfied and happy clients. In Ms [redacted]'s case, we actually discounted our documentation fee from $499.00 to $25.00 as she was unemployed. We do our best to accommodate all who need help as best we can. As part of the service she contracted with us for, she joined our Personal Financial Services Program which has many benefits and value including her own personal financial website and access to our licensed financial advisors. For this service, she agreed to pay a monthly service fee of $25.00 for no less than 36 months.Ms. [redacted] states that she did not have a contract with us and this is not true. I have attached a copy of her signed contract here as well as a copy of her request to cancel service. Please note in her request to cancel service, she did not request a refund of any fees. While she was obligated to the program she contracted with us for and she was enrolled in this program for over 5 months, we agreed to allow her to cancel her program without further obligation. Please see a copy of the cancellation e-mail we sent to her as well.Safe Harbor takes our reputation very seriously. This is why we have an A+ rating with you. We have a very liberal cancellation policy which we exercised with Ms. [redacted] by agreeing to release her from her agreement with no further obligation. We have reviewed this client's account and issues. Safe Harbor makes every effort to satisfy our clients' needs and goals. This client signed up for our Personal Financial Services Program over a year ago in April of 2015. Since that time, we have provided many services as part of the program...

including access to our Wealth Advisors and her personal financial website. In addition, Safe Harbor helped her through her Student Loan program and provided documentation services to help her consolidate her loans. As a result of this process, she was able to reduce her loan payments by over $300 per month which can result in thousands in savings to her throughout the term of her program! We were very excited to have been part of this process. 
As part of her agreement with us for her "PFSP", she agreed to pay a base administrative fee which we allow our clients to pay over a 36 month installment period if they need to. After continually trying to contact her for her renewal process through all means available to us, she finally got back to us this last week. She was upset, claiming that we did not take care of her account and that she wanted to be released from her program and obligations to us.
Safe Harbor has a very liberal cancellation policy and immediately released her from her agreement and any future obligations to us. We also invited her to feel free to contact us at anytime in the future should she have any questions about her program or needed any guidance. We have attached a copy of her agreement here for your review as well as a copy of the recent correspondence and letter of release from our program which was sent to her earlier this week.

I am very sorry to hear of your dismay at thinking we dropped the ball as it relates to our reaching out to you concerning your renewal appointment with us. We sent your notification to this email address and tried calling you numerous times without success as well. 
Our clients are overwhelmingly satisfied with our services. That's why we maintain an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. Our cancellation policy is very liberal and although you are currently in contract with us, if you would like to cancel, we will allow you to do so without further financial obligation on your part.
If you would like to cancel, please send an email to [email protected] requesting early termination ad we will get it processed right away. I have attached a copy of your agreement with Safe Harbor in case you misplaced yours.

Letter sent confirming her cancellation and release from contract sent on 6/27/16:
Dear Ms [redacted],
We are in receipt of your request to cancel your services with Safe Harbor Financial and have cancelled your services as requested by you. As this request was made by you outside of your cancellation period as detailed in your agreement with us and Safe Harbor has spent significant time working with your file, we are unable to refund any amounts already paid for our services. 
However, since we are agreeing to cancel your agreement at this time, no further charges to your account will be made and you are hereby released from any further financial obligations to Safe Harbor. Attached, please find another copy of your approved agreement with Safe Harbor for your reference.

Complaint: [redacted]I just seen this and that is not correct your message went to my spam folder and I talked to them prior to sending this complaint to you. I informed them that I was misinformed in my initial conversation with them they told me they would send me the transcript since all of their phone conversations are recorded but they never did the guy I talked to first told me th I ng that were incorrect when it came to my student loan and I was deceived on what they said they did.  This case is not done I will file another complaint if  nessacery

The financial services that Safe Harbor has to offer allowed me to safeguard my credit, consolidate my federal student loans, and get piece of mind. I have spoken with at least three different officials from the company, and their professionalism gave me the confidence to trust this company with my personal financial information.
I heard of Safe Harbor through a suspected untrusted source in the mail, and was leery of calling the unidentifiable agency from the letter I was given, but when I had graduated from college, I called this agency who then referred me to Safe Harbor. The team at Safe Harbor was able to tell me step-by-step the process it took to consolidate my loans. The real incentive was that Safe Harbor told me that they would give me credit protection.
I have recommended this company to all my college friends, who are all in the process of signing up to receive the wonderful financial services Safe Harbor has to offer.

[redacted]r has always been very professor about servicing our needs. He is expedient, courteous and very knowledgeable about finances and how we should go about our student loan situations. I would highly recommend him for promotion and for my friends who may need his services.

Review: I spoke with my loan servicer Fed Loan servicing. They informed me that per my signed promissory note they are the only company that is authorized to do public loan forgiveness. Safe Harbor financial misinformed me about the process of the public service loan forgiveness. The service they were supposed to provide to me was a service at a cost is a service my authorized loan servicer provides free of charge. I never completed the loan forgiveness process with them. Due to my non completion they had no right to take money for a service they did not provide. The funds they were taking were supposed to be forwarded to my loan servicer. Since I never completed the consolidation those funds could not go to my servicer. They were just being collected fraudulently by Safe Harbor since they were not forwarded to my loan servicer. These funds should not have been collected until the loan consolidation was complete. They should refund my money to me. The supervisor refuse to call me on the phone or [redacted] will not provide me with a number I can call him directly. Everytime I ask to speak to her supervisor she forward my call back to her voicemail. They sent an email stating they will no longer take funds from my account but they will not issue a refund for funds previously taken. They have no right to keep funds that they did not provide a service for and I never received a contract or any other paperwork from Safe Harbor stating a refund or cancellation policy. They told me it was a no commitment process and I could cancel at anytime.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my funds and an apology.
