Safe Haven Security will go above and beyond to meet your concerns. After having a system installed by Safe Haven almost 18 months ago, I was having issues with it this morning. It couldn't have happened at a worse time bacause my wife was in the hospital. My system showed several faults. After calling [redacted] my current service provider, they said they wouldn't be able to send anyone out until 6 days later. This was unacceptable to me because I was gone from home. I called Safe Haven and [redacted], even though he was dealing with a family emergency, said he would meet me at my house in less than an hour to take care of the issue! He had absolutely no obligation to do so since it had been more than a year since he installed the system and technically it was [redacted] issue at that point. Arriving in 40 mins he fixed the entire system installing new sensors and a new control panel in less than an hour! I have called [redacted] on several occasions, once even asking him to help me take down the control panel so I could paint around it. He did so without question. He has made a customer for life out of me and if you give them a chance they'll do the same to you! I will be signing a contract for Safe Haven to do my monitoring for me once my [redacted] contract expires! Thank you so much [redacted], for your dedication to customer service! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!!!

[redacted] with Safe Haven was Awesome. He came back in the evening to set up the system the same day. He set the system up himself so I didn't have to repeat anything that I wanted and answered all my questions. The system is a breeze to work and I would recommend [redacted] to anyone.

I have been a Safe Haven Security customer for a few years now, and I LOVE IT! [redacted] is my technician and he is ALWAYS right there if I need him. My home was burglarized a few years ago and a friend recommended Safe Haven Security and her AWESOME experience when crooks broke into her home. I called and [redacted] came right out. He walked thru my home, checked every window, and made sure I knew how to secure my system. I and my family felt safe in our home again. If I have an issue with my system [redacted] comes right out and leaves us safe and secure.
