I am rejecting this response because: I never signed any contract ,? I never put my name or initials on anything? I never ever seen a contract until they sent me one via email after I filed a complaint with you? I'll take a lie detector test and give one to *** *** and see who is telling the truth? ! And I sent them a letter on the of septstating I never signed any contract I was told? time after time from *** & the Installer there was no contract I told them in advance I would not do any type of contract and they both assured me NO CONTRACT !!!? You can also check the hand writing of me & *** and see who put my name on that contract What they have done is fraud forging my? signature

Presently in our possession Safe Haven Security has a copy of a paper signed contract, an electronic signed contract, and you have allowed our company to install a free security system into your home which comes with a month contractual agreement? My apologies if there has been a disconnect in conveying the terms of the agreement? Per the email sent to your attention on August 25th, 2016, I have provided a copy of the contract signed, as well requested a letter from you explaining the issues at hand with your signature attached? Upon receiving this letter I will review your signature with the signature on the paper contract to confirm whether you had or had not signed the initial contract? I am hopeful we can bring prompt resolution to this matter in the near future? Thank you for your time and efforts as we bring your concerns to a close.? ?

we have fallen short of thatAfter reviewing the account Safe Haven did review ADT's notes and were able to get the customer a credit of $towards their bill to prevent over billing, a refund of $and an adjusted rate of $beginning on 2/24/ADT is still reviewing the account to lower the bill even further to and making? another adjustment to $but currently is honoring the $rateSafe Haven does invite the customer to contact ADT Billing directly at ###-###-#### should he have any further questions or concernsThank you for your review

I am rejecting this response because: The nature of the complaint has nothing to do with the technician.? The nature of the complaint is that the salesman represented the service as ADT.? When the initial errors occurred, I contacted ADT.? It took several attempts before I ever received contact information or became aware that I was actually contracting with Safe Haven.? Additionally, I did state I believe the sensors did not work well with the doors due to the age of the home.? I do not believe the technician is qualified to gauge whether or not the doors closely properly enough for the sensors to work appropriately.? I stand with my initial claim that I should have been and should still be able to cancel my contract.? ?

regarding the security system failing? Safe Haven Security and ADT are committed to ensuring the system is functioning properly going forward? Safe Haven Security Services did set up Mr***'s account on 7/15/2014, and as an Authorized Dealer of ADT we service the account for the first days of the contract? After that point ADT handles 100% of the service and monitoring for the client moving forward? Safe Haven Security unfortunately at this point does not "Own" Mr***'s account? Therefore Mr*** would have to work through ADT on cancelling his service, and would need to discuss with ADT regarding the release of possible cancellation charges per his contract signed? The system installed into Mr***'s home is not "Sub-Par", ADT approves all equipment installed into the clients home? Safe Haven Security cannot comment on comments made by our ADT partners regarding proper panels to be installed, as Safe Haven Security has installed approved equipment through ADT? The desired settlement requested through the above complaint unfortunately needs to be directed towards ADT at this point in time? If Safe Haven Security can assist in any way I invite the client to call myself direct at 816-399-to discuss further? Thank you for your review of the response above

regarding the buy out of her prior contract with Guardian? Due to this misinformation Safe Haven will be paying the balance due on the contract with Guardian? Safe Haven at this time has not received a letter from The *** *** ***'s Office, which is why we have not made a response back? We thank Ms*** for bringing this information to our attention so that we may internally correct the misinformation being sent out to our customers? Thank you for your review? ?

Haven strives for an excellent customer experience from start to finish, yet we are unable to assist clients with potential issues if they do not contact us directly? Mr*** states within his email that Safe Haven would not honor what the Sales Rep promised, yet we have zero records of the Customer reaching out to Safe Haven to have these discussions? On 1/4/Mr*** did call ADT directly to cancel his contract, but during this call ADT advised the customer he would have to contact Safe Haven to request the cancellation of his account? Mr*** did sign a three year contract with Safe Haven and ADT? Mr*** also signed a Notice of Cancellation document which provides the timeline he would have to cancel the contract signedSpecifically within this Notice of Cancellation it states he had until midnight of 12/12/to cancel his contract with zero penalties? Safe Haven has attached a copy of this document for all to review? Safe Haven would be glad to speak further with the customer, but would need the customer to contact us directly to be able to further assist? Thank you for your review of the above response.?

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same unsatisfactory response that I received on 6/10/from Amanda (manager/supervisor) from safeHaven and from Brittany Shorts (director of customer support) from SafeHavenIn June I originally called ADT thinking that was the company that I signed up with for one yearAt that time I find out it was for 3yearsThen to find out that the sales rep *** Salazar was from SafeHaven*** misled us to believe he was from ADT when he introduced himself to me and my wife on our driveway in January
*** also said the offer that he was providing from ADT was only given to first time homeowners which I’m sure was other sales pitch lieHe also said we would get a $Visa gift card for signing up and that we would receive that in like 6-weeks after installation dateI'm sure to help delay a call to companyMy contract copy was not filled out completely and I still have the incomplete contract from that day to prove it***’s reason for not filling out form completely was due to rushing out because he was late to his next customer appointmentHe gave us his direct cell number so that we can call him with ANY issues/concerns that he would be our contactHe also said not to call the? ADT? customer service number due to the delay in getting the help we needMy first attempt in texting *** via text to inquire about status of rebateHis response is that he would check on that and get back to meI never received a responseThe following week I called ***’s cell and no answer time after time and voicemail message after messageI then attempted to contact ADT and was told I would need to contact the authorized vendor that signed me up for servicesI was very confused and told ADT that I am talking to the company that I signed up with security services withThey then told me that SafeHaven was the authorized dealer that signed me up for services and gave me the number to contact them directlyI had no idea what they were talking about and was so confused after I was told thatAfter already spending minutes or longer on phone with ADT then I contacted SafeHaven for an hour or so advising them of my situation on more than one occasion to two different employeesAfter being told time after time that there was nothing they could do because I signed an incomplete contract and pretty telling me "too bad so sad"Pretty much that was the unsatisfactory response that I was told and there was nothing I could do to change their mind and that I was stuck in this contract and that no one could help me change the outcomeAt that point due to the OBVIOUS UNSATISFACTORY service from everyone at ADT and especially from SafeHaven then I left the negative FB complaintObviously it was unsatisfactory service because we wouldn’t be going through the same unsatisfactory responses on Revdex.com websiteSafeHaven is basically still saying that the customer is lying and is doing nothing to make this wrong a rightWhat happen to the saying or statement “The customer is always right.”? This is not how good business is handled and a customer should not be treated this wayI’ve been told lies since day one starting with *** Salazar from ADT (aka SafeHaven) stepping on my driveway.? Let’s not forget that the ultimate reason again for escalating this complaint is because one of my motion detectors was not working and mentioned on call with BrittanyBrittany then sends an ADT technician to service or check my motion detectors on 6/29/The ADTtechnician said that my motion detector that I was told was wired to work had never worked and was never wired to by Darin (safehaven install tech)That ADT tech also suggested that I contact ADT loyalty deptJust to add,It took Darin hours to connect an already prewired house when I was told it would take only one hourDarin also used my restroom without asking and I’m not talking about number one eitherHe stunk up my new houseI do not feel SAFE using ADT or SafeHaven for securityOh by the way the reason why it has taken me a few months to file my complaint through Revdex.com is because my mother has been in and out of hospital and my father also recently passed away so excuse me for my delay in escalating my complaint again.I no longer want to do business with a company that I do not trust nor do I want to further discuss this issue directly with SafeHaven since they still have yet to make an attempt to contact me even after this Revdex.com complaint and with having my account info with my contact informationIf the company is not willing to get me out of this contract without penalty then how much to get out of contract? What number or what company will be providing me the details for this info? I get monthly bills from ADT so I’m not sure why they aren’t the company responsible to responding to my Revdex.com complaint?

*** received in his package keypad, door/window contacts, motion, exterior camera, interior camera, keyfobs, and a gateway? The package selected does not come with a $rebate, and Mr*** does not have a service contract by Safe Haven Security Services stating as such? Safe Haven's customer service team did speak with the client on 4/8/explaining this detail, but the customer was unhappy with the response? I had submitted an online complaint against Safe Haven Security on 6/6/Yesterday (6/8), Safe Haven reached out to me and advised that they will send me a refund based on the value of the gift card I was promised when I signed up with them.I am also in contact with ADT regarding my Realtor's name
being removed from my account, so it seems that ADT will resolve that issue for me.Between their business practice of giving contradictory information, and with them issuing my account with my Realtor on there, I am definitely leery of doing business with them, however, since the issues I submitted to the Revdex.com have now been resolved, I would like to close out my complaint.Thank you for your assistance, and please let me know if you need any other information.Sincerely,*** ***
