I have to admit they came out as promised, went through the whole scope of the work and pointed out key issues the other companies seem to overlook. They gave me a written quotation , told me what there schedule was going to be in the near future. I am very satified with there work they went over and above installing the stainless steel line in the chimney flue, fixed my issues. They did everything in a professional manner.
I do not recommend this company at all! The owner came out to inspect my chimney in December 2018 and I paid him for the inspection. He left me a condition report with some items listed as unsafe and in need of replacement and repair.
I tried contacting him several times for follow up on ordering the necessary parts and coming back to replace them.
I spoke to him once over the phone and he promised to call me back on a Sunday after he returned to town. I never received a call back as he promised.
My contractor and I called him again several times and he has ignored the phone calls. This is terrible customer service.
I must now find another company to continue the job and replace the necessary parts that were deemed unsafe. I am terribly disappointed in this company!
This company came in to clean my chimney. He offered a creosote removing product that he could get me at his cost which was $50.00. He indicated that the product would be drop shipped directly to my home by November 27th, which to this date I have not received. I have left him 3 messages and he has not returned any of my calls.
indeed needed the A.C.S. and I charged him $50.00 for 2 gallons which was my cost. The order was made that day(drop shipped to his house) and I told him to call the following week if he did not receive it.He chose to call over Christmas weekend while I was away. I came back after New Year day and saw the review he left on home advisor where he straight up called me a "THIEF" just because I did not return his phone call within his time frame of 4 days. At this point I promtly ordered him 4 more gallons of A.C.S. at a cost of $100.00 to me in which he did recieve this time.
This company is very knowledgeable in chimney repair. They were very honest and upfront with what my chimney needed. He told me exactly what was to be done and actually showed me on paper and on the bottom of the chimney itself. Owner, Greg was very nice. He was on time and told me all about the process of what my chimney needed. I was very pleased with the service and repair work. I highly recommend Safe Home Chimney Care.
