I spoke with Mr [redacted] brother and informed him we cannot locate this customer in our databases Mr [redacted] does seem to have debits from our processor but we are unable to link this Mr [redacted] should place stops on this account with his bank and provide us full detail copies of all bank statements in question as well as the account and routing number for us to further research
