This is a horrible company They are supposed to be a "security company" They are impossible to reach and when you do, they lie and don't follow through with what they tell you They have a clause in their "contract" that says you may cancel with days written notice, but in the small print, that can only be within the days prior to your contract automatically renewing So basically, there is a 2-month window during which you can cancel the contract, between the 10th and 12th month of the contract year, after which you are automatically renewed to another contract (whereby you have to again wait, until between the 10th - 12th month of that new contract year - to cancel your contract This is a racket They are not available if you have a problem with your security system - they keep bankers' hours I'll system malfunctioned while we were out of town and we had to leave our home unalarmed, until they resumed their "normal" business hours the following week This is UNACCEPTABLE for an alarm/security system I am contacting the attorney general regarding this shady business - you cannot take consumers captive and enslave them in a perpetual contract, relentlessly spewing late notices and escalating bills for services they have NOT rendered
