In regards to this complaint, we have a cancellation process that could be delayed due to verification reasons. We did not received a letter on 12.6.16. however, I spoke with [redacted] myself in April and informed her of our process which is verified in the letter. The account has BEEN canceled....
I just spoke with her and everything has been rectified. Do you need any other information from me?
Review: Terrible customer service, technician flooded my bathroom during the installation.
Install took over 3 hours, and was not working when the technician left.
I had to then remove my valuables from my house since the security system didnt work. I then had to leave for a trip abroad.
During this time, the company refused to issue me a refund and are not crediting me for the length of the contract without service. They claim "I am under contract." Contract stipulates that I receive some service for my MONEY!Desired Settlement: Full refund.
Review: I have been their customer for 12 years. Now I want them to give me dealer code for my security panel which I own after my contract was over. They have no right to lock the panel owned by me. They are not giving me the dealer code or resetting it to default dealer code. I have requested multiple times with no result.Desired Settlement: I just want them to reset the dealer code of my panel to default one as I own the panel now.

They are not at all cooperative in providing me the dealer code or resetting it back to default one. I have called multiple times with no luck. They refuse to give me the dealer code or reset it to default without resetting the panel.
