Review: I had a walk-in tub installed on 32/5/15. Workers were professional, and the tub is functional, the site left clean. The only issue is that the shower curtain rod was installed upside down, so very short me cannot slide the curtain across the rod. At 81, I no longer desire to climb ladders to do repairs. All I want is for them to come reinstall the curtain rod. Three days in a row their phone message box was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I left "contact me" Emails, with no response. I visited their address, and it's a mailbox only. So now after nearly two weeks, I still haven't been able to reach them, and with no shower curtain, can't take a regular shower. I resent a business that says, "Call us if you have any problems", and then disappears. What if this were a serious installation problem. I need them to call me! Their ROC license is #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to come and reinstall the curtain rod, and I also want them to give me a telephone number that works, and an address of where to locate them.
