We cleaned the apartment when we left and it was cleaner when we left then when we moved in Nothing was damaged on the premisis The only thing that needed to be done was things a landlord needs to do to get an apartment ready for the next tenant

I'm a local and call safe ride 3-4 times out of the week. EVERY ride for me is a work/school ride. Today is the 5th or 6th time I have missed work/school because safe ride never showed up. I call for a ride around 6:30 am every time and have to be there no later than 8am. I never had issues with safe ride until I started receiving rides from a driver named [redacted]. I don't understand why the dispatcher would tell me at 6:30 am that someone will be here and have me at work/school before 8am and like 10 minutes before I have to be there the driver is calling saying she has other things to do and that safe ride is backed up. There is NO WAY that ALL OF A SUDDEN the cab company is backed up when the beach is empty and every other company is slow. I always call safe ride first, however, if you guys can't make it please let your customers know when they first call. In addition, the driver is always swerving. There have been multiple times when the driver nearly caused a major accident. Drug testing taxi company employees randomly should be a law. I would hate for me or anyone else to lose their life because a taxi driver can't stay sober.
