We booked this company to drive us to a wedding in NYC. Not only was the driver a 1/2 hr late, we were presented with a beat-up stretch limo instead of the van I originally reserved. I wanted the van so that my elderly mother could get in and out of the vehicle easier. The limo had scuff marks on the exterior (like it had been in a few accidents) and the interior was dusty and dirty. Unable to really talk to the driver because she put the divider up in between us (and I don't think her English was very good also) and the controls to the air conditioner or anything else was not working properly in the vehicle. She could have worn some type of uniform instead of street clothes to represent her company. We were very disappointed in what we received and I contacted the company to let them know my dissatisfaction, who said they would look into it but I really doubt they will. The only good thing was that she got us to the wedding safely and picked us up on time.

Review: Arranged for A car service for Friday May 25 at 530pm to go to a [redacted] game that started at 7. Driver showed up an hour late with no explanation or apology. After being in the car for all of 10 minutes, myself and the 3 other people that were in the car did not feel safe with the driver. Almost crashing into 2 cars and almost running a red light after we told him it was not a stop sign. Then asked to be compensated for the tardiness of driver and he said he would have to speak with his supervisor so we asked if he could reach out to him and see if any refunds could be exchange and be compensated for the driver being late. We had a 7 game to be to, and finally got in the car by 630. So were not going to b to game on time. Keep in mind this was a $320 ride, and driver shows up in an old beat up SUV with broken side view mirrors, and the driver seemed to be distorted with sunglasses on even though it was not sunny and seemed to be under the influence or something.After few minutes in the car with the driver who was driving reckless my party and I decided to ask him to drop us off.

Tried to contact company and spoke with one man, [redacted] I believe his name was. He just went on calling me a liar and that the driver did nothing wrong, and started to yell at me stating that I am just trying to get the driver fired.Being he was not in the car he would not know. Then proceeded to tell me that they have recordings of us in the car, and after listening to tapes there didn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary (which I am sure is unethical in itself with recording)Desired Settlement: I had to put a $50 deposit down. We did not exchange anymore money with the driver but did charge my debit card the $50 to book the ride. Since we did not use the services I would like a refund of the $50.

I would like the company to refund my debit card the correct amount.

The main issue is the refund that is in question, but also any business practices and ethics of this company is also in question. To yell at a customer and tell them they are wrong, they need to work in customer service.
