Review: UNABLE TO GET COMPANY TO COME OUT AND FIX ANY THING, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME AND ALMOST THREE YEARS THIS SYSTEM HAS BROKE, THE FIRST TIME NEARLY 3 MONTHS, AND THE OWNER WAS SO DRUNK WHEN HE CAME AT 9PM THAT NIGHT HE COULD NOT STAND UP. THIS TIME I HAVE A CAMREA OUT SINCE JUNE,HE CAME AND TOOK IT DOWN AND HAS NOT BEEN BACK, I HAVE CALLED THEM AT LEAST 25 TIMES, AND HE EITHER WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE, HAS SOME ONE TO TAKE A MESSAGE, AND DONT RETURN YOUR CALL, THE WHOLE SECURITY SYSTEM HAS NOW BEEN DOWN FOR 3 MONTHS. I HAVE TO CALL HIM FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS JUST TO GET HIM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. AND HE ALWAYS SAY HE IS COMING OUT TO FIX THE SYSTEM, BUT NEVER SHOW UP. I PAY 55.00 A MONTH, FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN BROKE 1 YEAR OUT OF ALMOST THREE YEARS. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I CAN SAY, SO MANY MORE INCIDENTS, WITH OWNER WHO ALSO IS MY CONTACT PERSON, AND SERVICE PERSON WHO COMES OUT TO FIX OR DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS. IM RUNNING OUT OF TIME MY CONTRACT IS UP IN ABOUT 3 MONTH, AND THAT IS WHAT THEY WAITING ON,SO THEN THEY CAN CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES, THAT HAS BEEN BROKE NOW FOR 8 MONTHS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE EVERY THING REPALCED WITH UPDATED EQUIPMENT, AND SYSTEM THAT WORK , JUST PLAN OLD CUSTOMER SERVICES, AND SOME RESPECT! ARE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK

Review: I signed a contract on March 28, 2013 and was told in three years I could end my service with Safe Security. I contacted them before March and said that I no longer wanted to stay with them. I got busy and did not contact them until after my three years were up and was told that since I did not put it in writing they automatically signed me up for another year. According to the representative they record all phone calls and I reminded her that I call and said I wanted to cancel. She said that it does not matter, they are holding me for another year. I then told her that I did not like being held host hostage and I had completely filled my three year obligation. I then told her that I did send in the letter although it was after she said that it did not matter, they would not make that good. I then told her then she could use that letter as my cancelation and I will not be staying with them next year. She then told me that if I did not call her next year they would then renew me again. This is ridiculous and I am being forced to remain on their service. Please help me to get rid of them. I should have the right to end my service if I want and not be held forever. They would not let me speak with any supervisor and was told that the contract reads what it is.Desired Settlement: I would like to have you contact them and state that they can not legally keep charging me for a service that they provide. I have the right to end all ties with them and not be charged. Please help me to make sure that they can and will not continue to say I am on their service after March of 2017. Thanks
