Purchased an $18k tub from safe step in PAThis particular location closed its doors, thus referring all customers to headquarters in Nashville, TNCalled the number provided (which had changed) in January, to no availNo response, resolution, or otherwise follow up what so ever for a tub that is leaking into the basementMy assistant called 2/21/to be given the run around, called different numbersThe first two did not answer at all during business hours, the second said that I was placed on the "do not call" list and had no record of ever buying a tubShe mentioned that Safe Step WaTub Cowas not in the business of scamming, even though the situation was expressively hairy from this endHer head set was having issues so she hung up with no warningThough she called back later to provide the corporate phone number for secretary to see if corporate office may or may not have a record of the file, she could only guessSecretary called corporate in Nashville, the service deptrepresentative said that since they had taken over the store in PA, they've had many issues with receiving paperwork from that particular storeShe asked if secretary would fax the contract to their office as they did not have a copyTheir fax number was not working/ busyNot only was this whole experience ugly and unprofessional, the disclaimer that she had to read at the end was to ensure that if their tub was not responsible they would not be repairing damages and customer is responsibleNow, I've read multiple complaints on their company, (which is by the way, literally ALL that they haveCOMPLAINTS) which suggest that this company is notorious for blaming the install or issues on something else that is invalid; Such as the scenario in which they tried to blame rodents which was later found to be falseThis company is SCAMMERS! They are NOT professional and are horrible to work with! Save your money and your piece of mind and buy elsewhere!
